After using them previously for letting out my house and been impressed I used again to find a new tennant. Unfortunately this time the service level has gone hill dramatically. Had to continually chase for everything. No communication at all. Didn't return calls. Had to chase them to send forms out to new tenant and had to keep calling to ask them to do things they hadn't done.

Such high standards. I have used Richard Kendall’s on several occasions, both as a buyer and to sell. In both instances they have been so professional and knowledgeable about their business. From the initial valuation to the quick response of any updates/queries in communication regarding my property. We have been lucky to have had Elizabeth Cooke from the Wakefield office help us out and keep us updated with our property. She has gone above and beyond her job role in helping us out with our sales. I would definitely recommend the company and wouldn’t hesitate to use again Such high standards from the photographer to the girls/guys on the end of the phone. Thank you ☺️

Richard Kendall began managing the letting of my property back in 2012 until selling it this year, and during that time I've found all aspects of the care and sale of my property to be in excellent hands. I have really appreciated their proactivity, professionalism, responsiveness and correspondence, all of which has been maintained to a consistently high standard. I would fully recommend the Richard Kendall team to anybody who is either letting or selling their property without any hesitation whatsoever.

After a fairly quick sale, our buyer was an absolute nightmare but Joanne and Donna at Richard Kendalls dealt with her extremely calmly. They took on work which was not theirs to do and made sure everything at our end was dealt with in a timely manner, if only all agents worked like they did. Special thanks also to Liz who had to listen to our buyers rants daily. (Its worth saying that anyone buying a house should always make sure they use reputable, approved legal services and not blame others for their own choices). From start to finish the agents were helpful and thorough. Highly recommend.

Very professional and highly knowledgeable in all aspects of buying and selling. Nothing was too much and always returned calls and emails as promised. Karen went above and beyond to keep us in the loop at all times when buying our new property, and I truly believe she had our best interests at heart throughout the entire process. In hindsight, we wish we had sold our property with Richard Kendall, but we had already signed a contract with a different one.
