From our very first phone call to enquire about a property we found everyone we spoke to were very helpful with all our enquiries. Karen Marijewko was especially helpful as it had been quite a few years since we bought our last house and so many things have changed. Everything is online & as you get a little older it can get a little confusing but we were guided through everything by Karen. A lovely call once we had completed too which we thought was lovely .

Richard Kendall’s have been my letting agent for over 12 years now, being a very hands off landlord I have been totally reliant on all aspects of the services they offer. Throughout this period I have always been impressed by their ability to provide a smooth transition between tenancy agreements.More recently both Matt and Alice have been particularly helpful in arranging a multitude of services during latest change in tenancy's. Essentially they’ve always acted professionally and reaffirmed that I still have the best and most trusted letting agent in the area.

GoogleRichard Kendall were excellent from start to finish. From the evaluation of the property, Roger was very friendly and honest about the market and gave a good valuation. Sarah Whalley, was very friendly and efficient, and kept me updated at every stage of the process, both with regular phone calls and emails. It did take 4 months overall, due to a renegotiation of the price, so it did take longer than expected, however we got there in the end. I realise it isn't usually a quick process. Overall, Richard Kendall were a very reliable Estate Agent to use from a Seller's perspective. I would recommend them and use them again in future.

The service provided by Richard Kendall's has been amazing. Given there was no seamless crossover between having sold my family house and sourcing my new home at the end of my current completion I was eager to reduce the time spent in temporary accommodation. Karen Marijewko was my saviour, her knowledge, experience of the property industry and persistence to ensure everyone was doing what they were responsible for within the process continually were outstanding. Karen's professionalism and they way she managed incompetent solicitors was excellent. She was a great support and I can't thank her enough.

I recently sold my home in East Ardsley. Living overseas I was worried this would be much more difficult than it actually was thanks to Amanda from Richard Kendall who went far above what was expected to ensure that the property was sold in a timely manner. Given the time differences Amanda liaised with all Parties on my behalf to keep the sale progressing and kept me informed every step of the way. I could not recommend a better agent than Amanda!

Cannot thank Amanda Holt enough for all her help, she went above and beyond to help get the house sale through to the end. Always kept me informed and explained the process fully as to what to expect and average timescales etc making the process a lot less stressful as I was on a tight timescale to be out of a rental. We have had the best experience of customer care with Amber. I would recommend Richard Kendall everyday of the week. Our home had the most beautiful photos/video taken by Richard Kendall’s, from the beginning we have been so impressed! We have been kept up to date every week since our house went on the market back in June. Amber went above and beyond to get updates from the rest of the chain/solicitors. Many people dread the house moving process but I can honestly say, it hasn’t been half as stressful as we thought and that is mainly down to Amber for always keeping us in the loop. Thank you so much, we honestly couldn’t have done it without you!

Excellent service by Amanda at the Normanton Office. We had tried one other estate agent before Kendalls but they let us down by promising lots and delivering noughts! Amanda and others kept us fully in the picture. I can't recommend the overall service enough.
