Donna and Suzanne were always very responsive to my questions (and I had a lot as we do things very differently in the USA). They showed great professionalism and customer service and I will be using them for my next transaction for sure.

GoogleMandy from Richard Kendall was absolutely incredible and is a real credit to Richard Kendall's. Our sale and purchase ended up being a much longer, drawn out process than we expected (legal complexities etc) but Mandy was amazing at helping us push these through. She was proactive at giving us updates, chasing the relevant parties and basically keeping us sane! Thank you Mandy, we couldn't have got through it without you!

Worst experience ever selling my property, staff where rude to the point i had to request a new sales advisor. Did nothing to sell the house or keep me updated. I cancelled YOPA for them as richardkendall 'sold me the dream'.. told me they would sell it an YOPA wouldnt type thing. House was at £475000 with YOPA had 3 viewings. House was at £450000 with richardkendall had 0 viewings. An now im £140 down and taken the house of the market. I would definately avoid. They may tell you they will do more than the cheaper estate agents, they may tell you that they will sell it faster. They wont. Its all lies.Just trust me an go else where :)

GoogleBe careful with this agency as they are charging for everything, looking for gaps to charge you as much as they can from deposit and they absolutely unhelpful people working there. Also all paperwork taking them very long time to rent anything.

Elizabeth Cooke has been amazing throughout the process. She was our buyers estate agent, yet she treated us as if we were her clients. She rang weekly with updates and towards the end of the process was instrumental in contacting her clients solicitors, our solicitor and estate agent and her clients buyers solicitors and estate agent to try get this over the line. Liz was always a friendly reassuring voice at the end of the phone. Thank you for everything Liz :)

Between our solicitor, the buyers solicitor and the letting agency, this was a long and extremely frustrating process but, both Suzanne and Donna constantly chased this up and gave me regular updates. This could have been much more stressful if they weren’t, ‘on it’ . I would definitely use Kendall’s Estate Agents again.

From my experience I have always held Richard Kendall in high regard.. Since the day my sister told Richard Kendall himself he could not come into her room to value our property unless he paid £10. He still went in the room but a cheque for my sister followed!Now being in the position to purchase a property myself I cannot fault the service I have had. I have dealt with Karen Marijewko throughout my purchase and she has been professional and efficient throughout. Knowing that every Monday I would receive an update and Karen would have chased all parties has helped progress the sale and make the process clear on my side.Can’t thank Karen and Richard Kendall enough.
