GoogleSarah kept us informed the whole way through the process which was very useful in what turned out to be a rather stressful process, not in any way due to Sarah’s work. She was always responsive via email or followed up with a phone call. Thank you!
I would mention the initial viewing of our house felt rushed with the key holder wanting to rush off to his next appointment and not knowing where keys were. This should be addressed and give people time to take everything in, as it’s a big decision, made in 10-15 minutes. Luckily Sarah arranged an extended visit when we could measure up and take a closer look later in the purchasing process.
