We recently used Richard Kendall’s Hallmark service to sell my dad’s property and cannot fault the efficient and friendly service from Elizabeth and Joanne. They kept in regular touch updating us with progress from buyer and solicitors, and dealt with all questions and queries promptly. A great service all round and highly recommended.

It proved to be a long and problematic process to buy the bungalow we wanted but throughout over 12 months the level of professionalism and support never wavered. GoogleRichard Kendall began managing the letting of my property back in 2012 until selling it this year, and during that time I've found all aspects of the care and sale of my property to be in excellent hands. I have really appreciated their proactivity, professionalism, responsiveness and correspondence, all of which has been maintained to a consistently high standard. A special mention to Shireen and Catherine who kept me informed with where I was in the process and they were easy to talk to, nothing was too much for them. Even when I felt the process was taking long, they both kept chasings things up for me and reassuring me every step of the way with an update. Thank you so much! I cannot recommend them highly enough. From the very beginning, their professionalism, attention to detail, and genuine care shone through. Thank you Richard Kendall but most importantly thank you Shireen and Catherine for your time and patience and for making what can often be a stressful process into a truly positive and rewarding experience!

Lovely people, warm and friendly.The whole prices to took nearly 18 months to close the sale due to bad timing of the sale. In hindsight I felt that the agents could have been more proactive. Once the sale was agreed this took 24 weeks to complete, again a very long time.However I cannot fault their enthusiasm and politeness. Thank you Katherine and Shireen!

I have used Richard Kendall agency to sell and buy a house. They have been great in communicating everything from start to finish, all the viewings and offers were well organized and house sold reasonably quickly. We had an agency worker Elizabeth Cooke, who looked after us throughout the process. She has been very supportive and positive during at times stressful time, keeping good link with the solicitors, buyers and sellers. She would always call back and kept checking on us regularly, we always knew what was happening. I have been happy with Richard Kendall agency services and would recommend as very effective and personable.
