GoogleI am so pleased I chose Richard Godsell to sell my home. I received a 5 star service, feedback from viewings was helpful and I was always kept in the loop about the progress of my sale. Steve went above and beyond what I expected- Thank you so much for your hard work and dedication to get the deal done! I would 100% recommend Richard Godsell for anyone buying or selling a property in the Christchurch area. No other agent matches their professional service throughout the whole process of buying and selling a home. Thankyou x

GoogleNot professional. Viewed a property, was asked if I wanted to proceed. I emailed to say yes. Heard nothing back and then I phoned a few days later only to find out it had been taken by another client. Stay away , not trustworthy.

GoogleThird house purchase, this was the best agent experience so far. Tom worked hard to manage the chain and ensure our sale completed before our mortgage offer expired

GoogleWe have been so pleased with Richard Godsell and struggle to put into words how supportive and helpful they have been. We spent a long time finding the right place, but they were always patient and happy to give advice. Always easy to get hold of. Best estate agent we dealt with by far!

GoogleA big thank you to the whole team at Richard Godsell, Southbourne for getting our purchase across the line. From start to finish Tom was professional, friendly and helpful. Whenever I called the office they either had answers, or quickly found out for me. At the end of the process we had a few issues with the vendor but Tom and Stuart went above and beyond to make it work for which I am very grateful. Highly recommended.

Tom at their Southbourne office was great at keeping me updated with proceedings through a difficult and drawn out process.

FacebookAfter a terrible experience with another local Christchurch company, who had my property for sale for 20 weeks and only materialised one serious offer at way less than asking, I was hesitant about estate agents. However, within a week of trusting Alastair in the Christchurch office, we had 3 offers at asking and above. Thank you Alastair for your professionalism and help all along the journey.

GoogleWe cannot speak highly enough of the very professional service provided by Richard Godsell Southbourne, when selling my late Father-in-Law's house in Boscombe East this year. It was an emotional time for all the family, but on visiting the house in January, manager Stuart Mason was very courteous and considerate of the situation. Within two weeks, a sale was agreed at the guide price. We were then kept fully informed of all progress in the sale, right up to completion in May. The whole team including Stuart, Tom, Tina and Rebecca are a credit to the firm and a real pleasure to deal with.
