GoogleGreat & professional service from Alastair and colleagues when selling dad's bungalow in Christchurch. They always kept me aware of viewings and changing market conditions, offering sound advice. The property was empty for a while and they even arranged for a plumber to visit to fix a leak. Would certainly use them again.

On meeting the team, both my wife and I were very impressed with level of service, advice and communication we received throughout and we were fortunate also to have found a property in Christchurch being sold through Richard Godsell's Christchurch office. They too were also very impressive with their knowledge, level of service, communication and attention to detail. I have no hesitation in recommending either office to help with your sale or purchase.

GoogleI had heard good things about Richard Godsells and decided to use them ahead of a job relocation. The approach from their team was highly professional and they demonstrated a positive attitude with duty of care applied throughout. I was very impressed and reassured with the structured marketing process which always remained consistent. Once a buyer had been found they ensured that full chain details were explored and liaised with other agents in the chain. They also communicated with solicitors and mortgage providers to ensure the process ran smoothly. If I still lived in the area I would not hesitate to use Richard Godsells again.

Their friendly approach to selling / buying a home made the process run very smoothly from start to finish, with regular updates to how the process was going and where we stood in the grand scheme of things. I can't thank the staff at Richard Godsell enough for all the hard work they have done for us, and let's not forget the lovely moving in present (Prosecco & a card)! I would highly recommend this estate agent to anyone looking to buy or sell a property!

GoogleRichard Godsell were with us throughout a difficult and very complex sale of our property. The communication was second to none, always at the end of the phone and available when needed. There was great partnership with specialists in other areas of expertise (IFA’s and Legal), which meant the advice we received was always coming from the right people and not guesswork. We listed with multiple agencies, but felt that the viewings arranged through Richard Godsell were of a better quality overall, (i.e., buyers with their finances sorted and with positive positions) as opposed to other agents which seemed to focus on quantity, over quality and as such yielded no offers. Overall, I will be recommending Richard Godsell to my friends and family as the first port of call for property sales.

Stuart Mason ably supported by Sally and Tina were professional in every respect. always professional and feedback after every viewing together with their marketing was faultless. If you want an agent who is not going to feed you with "want you to hear" rather than professional advice, Then Godsells are the people to go to. Cannot recommend them enough.

Nothing was too much trouble and when we were near completion it was Tom who was doing all the hardwork chasing up and down the chain to get us into our dream home. I would recommend Tom to oversee any property transaction, his honesty and open nature made a stressful situation seem smoother than anticipated!

It was a really long road, but we are delighted that at the end of it, we found our dream home! It was worth the wait and we have both been really impressed with how professional, efficient and honest the whole Southbourne Team were. Particular thanks to Stuart for the initial heads up on our forever home - without you I think we would have missed out on it! James, I am sure you need a new pair of shoes and tyres on your car after all the viewings and visits you did through our home! We would highly recommend the services of Richard Godsells to anyone looking to Buy or sell a property. They are extremely reasonable on their fees and go the extra mile to ensure that they earn every penny of it. Whenever we rang the offices, Rob and I always felt that we were known by everyone and that our call was really important (to us of course it was, but when you are selling so many houses on a daily basis, to install confidence in customers, is really key) We will definately recommend the services of your team to our friends and families, as it may be a long time before we decide to sell and move on again!
