Richard Godsell Estate Agents Bournemouth reviews

I highly recommend Rebecca, Stuart and the team at Richard Godsell. I have just moved into my first property as a first time buyer, whilst it has been quite a long drawn out process and frustrating (no fault of theirs) at times Rebecca has always been first class. When things were testing and even if there wasn't an update, my calls were always returned promptly, I was always listened to, and the team consistently acted professionally. I would not hesitate to recommend the team in Southbourne, and look forward to popping in soon to thank them all personally!

Had my property marketed by another local agency (MA) for a wasted 19 weeks, instructed Richard Godsell immediately after and had proceedable buyers viewing my property from day 1. I cannot thank Alistair, Tom but a special thankyou to Steve for the efforts made in getting my property sold at a good market value, I was kept informed throughout and everything was dealt with smoothly and professionally. I would 100% recommend these guys. Many thanks once again Mark and Karen

We arranged an appointment for a valuation of our property. Sam Humby was our agent. Sam was very open and honest with us, and was clearly very knowledgeable about this area and the housing situation. We would highly recommend Richard Godsell, and thank Sam for his professional and friendly approach

A big thank you to the whole team at Richard Godsell, Southbourne for getting our purchase across the line. From start to finish Tom was professional, friendly and helpful. Whenever I called the office they either had answers, or quickly found out for me. At the end of the process we had a few issues with the vendor but Tom and Stuart went above and beyond to make it work for which I am very grateful. Highly recommended.

They kept everything moving despite the pandemic challenges they faced as well as the ups and downs of housing buying/selling. Stuart Mason was pivotal in keeping the chain going and this was reflected in all the staff that work with him. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them and to use them again. Tom and Stuart were fantastic throughout the purchase period of buying our first home. They were always open to questions and consistently provided us with detailed accurate answers. Their friendly approach to selling / buying a home made the process run very smoothly from start to finish, with regular updates to how the process was going and where we stood in the grand scheme of things. I can't thank the staff at Richard Godsell enough for all the hard work they have done for us, and let's not forget the lovely moving in present (Prosecco & a card)! I would highly recommend this estate agent to anyone looking to buy or sell a property!

I used Richard Godsell to purchase and sell my property (2 years apart) with the sale going through at the start of July 23. Their assistance throughout the process was exceptional, with special mention for Rebecca doing her utmost to ensure a speedy sale at my request. I would certainly use their services again and intend to do so in the future.

We have been so pleased with Richard Godsell and struggle to put into words how supportive and helpful they have been. We spent a long time finding the right place, but they were always patient and happy to give advice. Always easy to get hold of. Best estate agent we dealt with by far!

Not professional. Viewed a property, was asked if I wanted to proceed. I emailed to say yes. Heard nothing back and then I phoned a few days later only to find out it had been taken by another client. Stay away , not trustworthy.
