GoogleWe have just brought our house through Richard Godsell in Southbourne (Rebecca) who have been very helpful, professional and supportive, providing guidance through the process and great communication skills. I would not hesitate to recommend the Richard Godsell team who were a pleasure to deal with.

GoogleNot professional. Viewed a property, was asked if I wanted to proceed. I emailed to say yes. Heard nothing back and then I phoned a few days later only to find out it had been taken by another client. Stay away , not trustworthy.
