Google⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We had a fantastic experience with Steve at Richard Godsell Estate Agents in Christchurch. From start to finish, he was professional, approachable and always happy to answer any questions we had. His communication was excellent throughout, keeping us updated every step of the way and I really appreciated our periodic phone calls to keep in touch with what was happening during the buying process. It was a big move; from London to Dorset but we have fulfilled a lifelong goal of being by the coast. Steve's knowledge of the local market and honest advice gave us real confidence. As an agent is required to work for the seller, I was particularly impressed by how cooperative we were together! 😎 I would love to recommend Steve and the team at Richard Godsell to anyone looking to buy or sell a property in the area. Thanks again for all your help!

GoogleLast year I found myself in a very difficult situation, having to put an offer in on a flat with very little time to waste. First time buyer, single parent, working full time. Agent Steve went above and beyond himself, and together with Emily and the rest of the team at the Christchurch office were able to efficiently and effectively put through an offer on a flat in the Christchurch area, informing me every step of the way. I am a single father and being able to go to work while this is going on really helped me keep focus on my job and not have to feel my attention was divided. These agents are very professional and offer you great advise when needed, at no point did I feel like there was anything they could do better. Great work, will come straight back to them for future business.

GoogleWe just sold our bungalow through Richard Godsell in Christchurch, it was a long drawn out affair with a buyer messing around, however, the level of professionalism and commitment to get the sale across the line was superb. Steve was always 'on it', giving feedback, pushing and shoving the relevant parties to get things done, we're thankful that we found these guys and highly recommend them.

GoogleReally happy that I had Richard Godsells to sell my home. Stephen was incredible, he came into the house to show everyone around and was always friendly and chatty. He was amazing on exchange of contracts day which can be super stressful. He handled everything and kept me informed the whole way. Communication was above and beyond. They are easy to get hold of and return calls if out. Would highly recommend.

GoogleI highly recommend the team at Richard Godsell. The Southbourne office recently managed the sale of a family property in Tuckton. They were extremely professional and helpful, and kept us informed every step of the way. We don't live in the area and needed a local agent who could manage the whole process for us. We were very impressed by the service provided. A special thanks to Sam who looked after us and the property sale - definitely 5 star.

GoogleI highly recommend Rebecca, Stuart and the team at Richard Godsell. I have just moved into my first property as a first time buyer, whilst it has been quite a long drawn out process and frustrating (no fault of theirs) at times Rebecca has always been first class. When things were testing and even if there wasn't an update, my calls were always returned promptly, I was always listened to, and the team consistently acted professionally. I would not hesitate to recommend the team in Southbourne, and look forward to popping in soon to thank them all personally!

GoogleExcellent service from the Southbourne branch. Sam's professionalism inspired confidence from the initial valuation and nothing was too much trouble to deal with for Rebecca who went out of her way to assist and answer any concerns throughout. I cannot recommend them enough.
