GoogleVery impressed with Richard Godsell for the recent sale and purchase of my property. Special mention for Emily, who sold my house in less than a week and was very pro-active throughout the whole process, keeping us fully informed when the solicitors did not! Would highly recommend.

GoogleWe have been very impressed with the team at Richard Godsell and in particular Steve Leigh Bryant. He worked tirelessly to progress both our sale and purchase, assisting all parties to achieve our final goal, exchange of contracts and completion. We have been kept fully informed throughout the process, from viewings through to negotiations, with regular updates and helpful advice. We have no hesitation in recommending Richard Godsell as a professional and reliable company who provide an excellent service, with outstanding local knowledge, to very high standards.

GoogleAlthough we bought our house through Richard GodselI 15 years ago, I normally work with them in my professional life. This time, I was helping an elderly family member to buy a property. Everyone at the office is very professional and go above and beyond to help, but a special thanks to Steve who found out answers to some questions that my solicitor was dragging their heels over. Would recommend (and, believe me, there are very few estate agents that I say that about).

GoogleJust purchased a property through Godsell, Steven handled everything for me, I have bought and sold many properties over the years and I have to say that none have given me a better service nor been more helpful and cheerful than Steven. I would highly recommend this firm as all the staff have been most pleasant and helpful. My thanks to all of you. Shalmar

GoogleThe Christchurch team, especially Steve, we're absolutely fantastic. They proactively updated us on all aspects of the process and offered assistance and advice from valuation to sale. Such a refreshing change to deal with an estate agent this good. We would honestly recommend Richard Godsell (Christchurch) to anyone in the area.

GoogleChristchurch branch of Richard Godsells were involved from the beginning, Dave provided a valuation to my solicitor in order to start the probate process, shortly afterwards it was advertised for sale. It didn’t seem to take too long to sell, which was handled by Steve, I was kept in the loop all the way during the sell. Everything completed without a hitch. Thanks to the team AS

GoogleWe originally went with another estate agent but on transferring to David and Emily we simply gained the best duo for both our sale and onward purchase. David was excellent with the negotiations on both the sale and purchase providing timely and fair advice to get us over both lines. Emily has been formidable. She is someone you need for any purchase or sale. She communicates swiftly and with ease. Nothing was ever too much trouble. She is personable and someone who will go to bat for you to ensure the process is completed. Thanks is needed to Emily for all the emails and phone calls answered. With the backing of this duo we are moving ahead of the stamp duty deadline and we simply cannot thank them enough.

GoogleWe arranged an appointment for a valuation of our property. Sam Humby was our agent. Sam was very open and honest with us, and was clearly very knowledgeable about this area and the housing situation. We would highly recommend Richard Godsell, and thank Sam for his professional and friendly approach

GoogleOn deciding to sell our house we immediately went for Godsells as the most established local agent in Christchurch. The sale of any property can be stressful but with a realistic valuation and expectations we entered the market. It wasn’t without its stresses but in fairness to Godsells and Steve in particular a buyer was found at the right price and the whole thing done in just over 5 months. Godsells by reputation is unrivalled in the area with competitive rates included. If reviews are based on outcomes then it’s 5 stars from us.
