GoogleCannot thank Steve at Richard Godsell enough for all of his hard work and efforts to ensure the smooth completion of our purchase, even though he was the agent for the very top of the chain, so not the agent of our purchase, his efficiency got all parties/solicitors moving. If it wasn't for Steve, I'm not sure how many weeks later we would have completed - I will certainly be using Richard Godsell, Christchurch for our next purchase. Thank you so much!

GoogleRECOMMEND RECOMMEND. The Richard Godsell Team proved to be diligent , caring and very considerate. Throughout the long frustrating process, dealing with difficult Solicitors, Bankers, Clients, on top of a 11 to 13 hour time difference, the R.G.Team proved their worth. This Team should be the standard to which others should be measured against. Thank you and well done Team R.G.
