GoogleExcellent advice. Difficult property to value. Commercial with residential potential. They steered us through the process, evaluated potential buyers and helped us with a number of firm offers, all very close to the original valuation. GoogleThe whole team are friendly and professional and kept me up to date on viewings and feedback. Sold the house initially in days but due to buyers backing out, Steve sold the house 3 times so definitely can’t complain! Thanks for a great service.

GoogleWe've recently purchased a property for my Mum that was being marketed by Richard Godsell and right from our initial enquiry the staff - particularly Alastair - have been extremely friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Always very accommodating of our requests and at no time did we ever feel under any pressure to make a decision. We'd certainly use them should we ever be looking to market a property ourselves.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism
