Hayley Hughes and the Reeds Rains team at the St. Helens branch have been superb in helping me to sort out a rental property I have in the St. Helens area. After being messed around by a tennant and an 'unhelpful letting agent in the local area' I can't believe how much their professionalism has put another local letting agent to shame. I wish I'd been with them years ago, and would urge serious landlords to stop wasting time and money on other letting agents. Although landlords may consider the costs to be slightly higher and think they are saving money in my opinion, Reeds Rains offer great value for money, also, their insurance cover for landlords including legal cover by arc legal has saved me a lot of hassle, and been very helpful in responding and recovering money owed, again, very well worth the initial amount paid!by going to lesser letting agents EXCELLENT.

Very pleased with the Lettings team at Wakefield . Samantha and Claire have done a great job finding two suitable tenants and kept me informed along the process . They’ve definitely gone above and beyond when there’s been issues . Interestingly I was considering using Reeds Rains earlier last year but circumstances changed, however I was impressed with their professionalism and support even though I didn’t end up letting at that point . So much so I didn’t look anywhere else when the flats became free.

Reeds Rains Evesham If I could leave a zero star rating I would. During the process of finding a purchaser we were not advised of some viewings, told the wrong times and agent was late on more than one occasion. After getting an offer the progress chasing was non existent. Save your money and use someone like Purplebricks as you WILL be doing all the chasing. After trying to complain, they were aggressive and completely unhelpful. Absolutely shocking and we wish we never had anything to do with themUPDATE Your complaint procedure is about as useful as your contract ( which by the way, you never gave me a copy of) and you did not give me an opportunity to exhaust said procedure before bullying us into making payment of your commission.

A very polite, professional lady who has a wealth of knowledge and who was always willing to listen and guide us when we needed it. Without Karis helping us we would have given up, (and very nearly did when the solicitors were hard to contact) Karis was able to explain to us every detail and stage of the process. We are now looking forward to moving into our forever home which would not have been possible without Karis. A pure gem of a lady with the patience of a saint listening to us whinging and being able to give us 100% reassurance and correct information.
