Reeds Rains have honestly been the only estate agents, whilst looking to purchase our first home, who have been so accommodating, so polite, so friendly and approachable and I could not have asked to deal with a more lovely team of people to purchase our first home! Dissapointing & Unhelpful

Excellent when you are looking to rent a property that they are representing as agents, but awful when you vacate.No responses to any emails and they hold onto your deposit long after the landlord has agreed to release it. Covid is their excuse not their real reason.It seems they are just playing for time.Eager to get your deposit upfront but not so keen to return it.Extremely unprofessional and very frustrating.Perhaps they need to employ more staff to be able to offer the level of service required.
