TrustpilotAdvised terribly
Advised terribly, advise was made for the benefit of Reeds Rains and not myself.Communication lacking.Pulled out at a cost to me.I can only tell you my experience and that is they don't care about the customer. The person advising me thought because i had to pay a fee to pull out, i would be reluctant to do it. There is no chance I would let them sell my house after all this. And on that, i have spoken to someone else who said they were trying to sell a house for nearly a year without success using Reed Rains, they went elsewhere and it sold after a week. You live and learn...

GoogleWe can’t express enough how grateful we are for these wonderful bunch of people. They helped us find our first home back in 2018, and now in 2022 helped us to sell and find our second home. From the valuation to completion, we couldn’t ask for anything more, nothing was too much for them. Andrew, Sarah and Rhys, thank you all so much for your helpfulness and kindness. If we do ever move again in the future, it will only ever be this team that we choose! 🤍

GoogleMyself and partner had a viewing with Rhys G, he was absolutely amazing! We had a viewings previously with shorthand Horne, Rhys out shined all the viewings we had with them. He was very talkative which made me feel very comfortable, very knowledgeable. Very happy with the service given from Rhys. We have put an offer in, fingers crossed all goes well.

GoogleDealt with Rhys Goodwin, for negotiations and eventual purchase of a property, through their Bedworth office. Rhys showed an ability to comprehend and express for both parties their clear views and acted in a most professional manner throughout. Contact was well managed and there was no delay in responding to issues that were raised between the parties involved. Admittedly our chain was limited to just the vendor and ourselves but we are very pleased with every aspect of the process that saw us buy the home we wanted from a vendor who has been a delight to deal with.

GoogleI have just purchased my first flat and I have to say I couldn't dream about better estate agents. Very helpful and professional from day one. I was informed of every step and all my questions were answered very quickly with a lot of patience, l didn't have to chase anything. I would highly recommend it to everyone and especially first buyers as all team will make this process so much easier. Karis, who was looking after my case is not only very professional but also a lovely person who will help you on every step. I would be lost without her support. I also met Sarah, who called me straight away when keys were ready to collect and a nice gentleman who let me see the flat twice- these people are really nice and always there to help. Thank you so much for everything Karis and the team. You're absolutely the best !!!PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

GoogleFabulous experience. Rhys in particular has stood out as the most professional estate agent we have ever dealt with (and there have been a few). He has been on the ball and kept us well informed throughout the process, nothing was too much trouble for him. He is deserving of a meritorious award for his representation of Reeds Rains. We would highly recommend the Bedworth branch to any potential client based on his efforts alone. Well done Rhys you deserve this. Kindest regards Bryan and Judy Huckvale.

GoogleI recently purchased a property from Reeds Rains, Bedworth and can honestly say the service was exceptional and second to none especially considering I wasn’t even their client. We decided to use another agent to sell our house however I will not make that mistake again and should we ever move again reeds rains will definitely be the only agent we contact to help us. Karis in particular was amazing. She was on the ball with everything, kept us in the loop with updates and always responded to our queries promptly. I would like to thank all of the team for all of their help and support. It made a potentially very stressful time a lot easier.PositiveValue
