GoogleWe started our relationship with Reeds Rains in 2018 and Sarah has looked after us and has always been helpful. At the start of August we started the process of buying our first home and Reeds Rains recommend that we get in touch with Simon the mortgage advisor. Karis and Rhys in sales who were always there to answer any questions. Their recommended solicitors pushed the purchase through quicker than we would have expected and worked together with Reeds Rains really well. Buying a home with Reeds Rains couldn’t have gone any better.

This is my first time with an estate agent. I was anxious but once I started getting views I was less anxious. I was told the property would get sold however I was getting impatient and was about to give up. When I got the call to say I got a buyer and it was a guarantee. Well I was so happy that they were true to their word that they would get it sold.

It was/is stressful and it took a long time to sell just over 20 weeks but it appears lots of properties took a very long time due to the way the market was/is. But the staff at Reeds Rains were so helpful always. I feel I can call them anytime and ask as many questions as needed . Thank you To stuart the manager . I rent a property through Reeds Rains in Blackpool. We have suffered over 8 years from poor responses for jobs to be completed and the landlord informed. Most recently my bedroom window which will not close properly was reported in July during a house check.After a number of emails someone came to get a quote for the landlord 23/08/23. Since then we have continued to regularly ask when the work is being done. Yesterday I went into the office has it is now getting colder and it is becoming a bigger issue. I was told that a different company will give a quote but not when this will happen. I feel that tenants are not treated with respect or importance by this company.

TrustpilotThe Property Management Side is Appalling
I've been renting a property via Reeds Rains since the middle of September. Since then, the boiler has broken down twice. The first time took almost a week to rectify. The second time was reported on the evening of October 19th when I was advised someone would contact me the following morning. Six days later I'm still waiting. On Saturday 21st October, I reported a leak in the lounge only to be advised it wasn't an emergency and someone would contact me the following Monday morning. Again, I am still waiting for that call. There are other issues which need dealing with but not as urgent as these two. Although my local agent has escalated this and asked someone to contact me urgently, I still haven't received any contact. I don't know what the problem is but honestly, I wish I had never rented with Reeds Rains if this is the standard they believe is acceptable from the property management side of the business. I would advise any would be renters or landlords to be wary of using Reeds Rains.

GoogleMy experience with Reeds Rains has remained positive throughout. Karis Dell has provided excellent customer service since she took over from Lisa due to a change in branches. Due to unforeseen circumstances we had a delay with our buyers vendors near sale completion. Karis did an excellent job chasing things up and liasing with solicitors and estate agents to get matters resolved as quickly as possible and everyone ready for sale completion. Would highley recomend Reeds Rains Estate Agents.

GoogleWe have rented with Reeds Rains for three years in Kenilworth and they were great. Claudia assisted us during the last two years taking care of any issue that needed addressing very promptly (e.g. our oven was faulty and they sent the technician within days! ). They also made check in and check out process very smooth.

GoogleI had a time crunch to find a rental property in Leamington Spa and contacted Reed Rains, one of the top real estate agents in the UK. Their staff, especially Claire Brooks and Claudia Franco showed us a fantastic property, explaining everything in a clear and engaging manner. GoogleAs a landlord of several properties, I have often found agents to be slow and uncommunicative. I am therefore delighted to say that Claudia Franco is without doubt the best property manager I have encountered for several years with two or three other agencies. She is efficient, helpful and foresees the things that need doing and does them! When things go wrong with the property, she is helpful and quick to provide possible resolutions. She is unfailingly honest about events and has striven to resolve issues as quickly as possible. I would recommend her highly and would place any new lettings that I acquire with her. She is a star and as such, should be treasured!!
