Reeds Rains Hull - EllieThis review is in regards to information i required after leaving my property.I needed information regarding a number of things when i had left Reeds Rains, the main being information on my deposit and how to correctly ask for a refund etc. Ellie replied very quick and reached out to me with all of the updates to do with my deposit refund. I never felt like i was waiting for a response and she handled my needs with what i would deem as above and beyond customer experience.I had a lot of bad experiences with the Hull Branch of reeds rains, especially in recent years. But Ellie was fantastic and couldn’t have done more for me.Nathan K

Was seen by Sarah who came to see me on her birthday and did all she could to secure the property for me , lovely lady very positive and bubbly , always responded quickly and kept me updated on progress . Couldn’t ask for better estate agent

First time buyer, not knowing the process, the team at reeds rains in Bedworth have been instrumental in facilitating and guiding me through the steps, Reds rains have been proactive in keeping us informed every step of the way, no matter what stage the process was at, even when essentially my vibration with them was not there area, but after having a very poor experience with the solicitors, reds rains went fast above and beyond to help gain information and pass on that information to me. As a first time buyer, the stresses was already at a uncomfortable high, but the team here have reassured, comforted and assisted in areas that wasnt there region of expertise. I sincerely can't thank them anywhere near enough for there continued support, and no words can ever begin to express my gratitude during this whole process. If your choosing reeds rains, your already going head and shoulders above expectations, the team here will do everything in there power to ensure your happy, content and understand the steps as you progress your way through the purchase. RHYS - lead my purchase,- for a young gentleman in this field he has excelled at his competency to do his job, and many times going way above and beyond what is to be fairly expected. However Karis and Esta have also been instrumental in assisting, to name a few, with the same care and consideration as Rhys. Not to leave anybody out, I can confidently and honestly say this office and everyone in it, are tremendous at what they do. And you can enter into negotiations knowing you hands a team that care that you get what you want with a easy and supportive team behind you. Thank you to EVERYONE at reds rains Bedworth.

Reeds Rains in Catford

Reeds Rains in Catford, Lewisham, London breached Data Protection Act by providing my and my partner's contact details to companies that I'm not dealing with and scammers. As a result my credit scoring decreased 27 points and I am contacted by all sort of scammers to get into my property to check all sort of things!!! I'm calling them and my agent is always busy with other calls, so never been able to talk to them about this and other issues in the property.

We bought a property from Hanley Branch…

We bought a property from Hanley Branch in Stoke On Trent and were promised that the property rubbish was cleared out and the the Brach Manager confirmed this.But the rubbish was left in the cellar and after numerous request to clear it was not dealt with.We do find this very unprofessional and now he is even stopped communicating !

I have given 1 star but if I could I…

I have given 1 star but if I could I would give minus a massive number. The worst company ever. I am a Landlord with a managed service but end up having to sort trades out myself as allow trades to charge about 5 times what something should be. The castleford office is abysmal. They say they will do the admin but don’t. They have to check everything with head office as they have no knowledge of their own company’s policies. I could keep going but I would be here for ever ranting!

Truly awful experience

Truly awful experience. I would not go with this company ever again, not because of the company but because of the landlords they choose.We went through reeds reins even though the landlord managed the property. We went without heating for 10 days with 3 kids. In fact the boiler broke every 3 months for years. There is a leak in the kitchen coming from the bathroom which was also never fixed. Let's not speak about he broken fence.The landlord often entered the property without permission, even if we were not there. When we left, they with held the deposit due to damage we have caused. But then they never did changed anything before for the next tenant l moved in... Where did our money go?Unfortunately my opinion of reeds reins is now they only work with landlords nobody else would choose. They are not responsible for the upkeep of the property but they are responsible for who they decide to work with.

Karis provided an exceptional service both to me and my purchaser. In particular her assistance to the buyer who had very poor command of English was exemplary; she spent many hours explaining the contract documentation as well as acting as a "translator" to ensure the buyer understood correspondence and emails from her Solicitor. She kept me informed throughout the process and I would happily recommend Karis and the Kenilworth team to prospective sellers.

New beginnings!

Let me give you some background first, my girlfriend and I had been living in a mouldy, cramped up tiny box bedroom at my toxic mums place where we were giving way too much for rent for where we was. After countless of knock backs being rejected for places around Cleethorpes, Immingham and Grimsby, but our first time dealing with Reeds Rains we now have our own place to call out own, and all thanks to the team at Grimsby town. A very special thanks to all the staff working there! I myself really appreciate everything they did! I highly recommend!

Terrible service for property…

Terrible service for property management.When the tenant has delay in rent payment. Instead of resolving it first with tenant they start by alarming the landlord and the going to tenant.I had a few property with them,. And it felt as if they are making me work instead of resolving issues quietly behind the scene

Working with Andrea from the Dinnington branch. Wow, this woman is incredible. Her communication is excellent, she was contacting us on her days off, out of her working hours, just so we could have an update if she had heard from anyone from the sale of our purchase. When she was on holiday, a lady called Jade took her place and again, her communication was excellent. Even just updating me at dinner time to say ‘sorry there is no update’ was helpful as it saved me calling them to see if they had heard anything. Would recommend Reeds Rains to anyone!! Especially these two lovely ladies!
