After calling for a viewing an arrangement was made within a couple of days atva convenient time. My offer was placed and accepted without having a long drawn out wait. I was sent an email informing me that i would be looked after and informed throughout the process.

GoogleEsther at the Kenilworth branch took over our sale/buy process a bit of a way into it. We had a bit of a rocky start to the whole thing (property issues rather than anything to do with the Estate Agent)... but once Esther took over the case, I have to say that I really felt reassured that she was fighting our corner, working hard to move the process along, keeping everybody in the loop, and helping apply pressure to solicitors etc when required. She was always super quick to respond to any queries we had, and worked in our best interests to get what turned out to be quite a tricky scenario pushed through to successful completion. We are very grateful

GoogleOutstanding service in all respects by a superb team led by Phil Jefferies helping us sell a house remotely. Rhys Goodwin did a terrific job introducing us to the company and getting our confidence that they were the right people to deal with. He also made great efforts getting the sale over the line at the end including personally clearing up some last minute issues at the property on exchange. Sarah Wisdom carefully managed several interactions with contractors to fix various issues at the site to help the sale go smoothly and making our job so much easier. Karis Dell made the sale on day 1 on the market and very skilfully negotiated a fair price for us with the buyers. What a great team. Big thanks to all.
