TrustpilotDO NOT GO WITH THIS COMPANY!!!
DO NOT GO WITH THIS COMPANY!!!I was a tenant in one of their properties and the landlord wouldn't complete any maintenance within the property leaving me with several different issues. I called multiple times and nothing was ever done since I moved in till i moved out. TENANTS RIGHTS! You don't have any with this company may aswell live on the streets. Horrible customer service, Horrible people, Take advantage of your being young. Can't even complain as its so difficult to find a complaints procedure.

TrustpilotGreat for first time buyers
Our real estate agent was Neil Price from the Coventry branch. As first time buyers, we had no idea where to even start but we found the help and advice from Neil essential in starting our journey. Throughout the buying process, communication was great as we were constantly kept up to date - with any questions we had answered swiftly. Even after moving into the property, he assisted us with a few queries we had about the property and got back to us the same day, sorting the questions we had. Thank you so much to Neil - we can’t wait to start making this house our forever home.

GoogleWe recently have purchased a property from Reeds Rains Bedworth. The service we received was incredible from the whole team, no matter who we spoke to, we felt heard and understood as first time buyers. However, a special mention to Karis and Rhys who, we felt, went above and beyond for us in this purchase. We couldn’t recommend Reeds Rains highly enough for the service they provide and we would 100% be back, whether to purchase or sell in the future.

GoogleI would like to put on writing how pleased I was with all the team and in particular Karis, and Reece. Both of these individuals always returned calls and kept me up to date when selling a property as a result of probate. We had tried a previous agent before coming to Reeds Rains and lost valuable time that said when we did decide to move it to Reeds Rains it was placed on the market within 24 hours and we a huge upsurge in viewing numbers and multiple offers despite placing it on at the same price as the previous agent was advertising it at. It’s been a complex case but these staff members have been exceptional !!!

TrustpilotWonderful! Really very helpful
You were really very helpful, listened & understood. Some agents just wanted to give a valuation without viewing our home and seriously undervalued what it was worth. The viewings were on time, you obviously know what you are doing as it sold in a week, quicker than we expected. All in all a very pleasant experience. Thanks, will recommend your professionalism to others.

TrustpilotTerrible property managers
I hir d reeds and rains to manage a dental property and oversee the letting. It has been a nightmare! The tenant severe the notice period whicj they missed for two months and only noticed when the rent stopped coming in. Now we are late at listing the property for rent by two months and loosing rental income..Moreover, R&R's compliance department has been chasing the tenant for defaulting even when he vacated the property after providing appropriate notice. It has been a terrible experience both for me the owner and the tenants
