GoogleI currently rent a property from reeds rains, I’ve never had a problem with them. If anything is ever wrong with the property, they work quickly to get the problems resolved. Sarah and karis are a delight and a fantastic team, it’s always a pleasure to talk to them. They’re amazing!

GoogleKaris and Rhys have just completed the sale of one of our properties. To say the service was impeccable is an understatement!! We thought that the sale would be straightforward but it was anything but. Both Karis and Rhys went above and beyond to get the sale through. Would highly recommend using the company for your house sale.

GooglePurchasing a house with karis and Rhys at Reeds &Rains Bedworth I can honestly say a real positive experience from when we put the offer in all the way through to. completition always went above and beyond to fit in with us phoning us to give regular updates so I would not hesitate to recommend them. I know we were the purchasers but I have heard so many really bad things from friends and their experiences with other estate agents but reeds and rains bedworth were brilliant. Big thumbs up from satisfied purchasers xx

GoogleOutstanding service in all respects by a superb team led by Phil Jefferies helping us sell a house remotely. Rhys Goodwin did a terrific job introducing us to the company and getting our confidence that they were the right people to deal with. He also made great efforts getting the sale over the line at the end including personally clearing up some last minute issues at the property on exchange. Sarah Wisdom carefully managed several interactions with contractors to fix various issues at the site to help the sale go smoothly and making our job so much easier. Karis Dell made the sale on day 1 on the market and very skilfully negotiated a fair price for us with the buyers. What a great team. Big thanks to all.

TrustpilotPositive result with some bumps in road
Firstly, Read Rains sold the property which is the primary objective. The commission price was competitive so we have a positive result. The market has been very slow this year so I appreciate why it took longer than wanted and we had to reduce the initial asking price significantly. The staff are always polite and courteous. On advice from Read Rains we engaged with their online auction service. This was a waste of time. Communication with the auctioneers was almost non-existent and no offers were made at any price. We reverted to traditional sales approach. There was confusion regarding an initial offer which never materialised but eventually we secured a sale with a different buyer. The solicitors service which partners with them on a no sale no fee basis, engaged with us but after being engaged, they informed that they were not able to cover our purchase property. This also wasted some time.Lastly, I felt that it was always me pushing for updates and progress and Reads Rains reacting. Other agents I have used are more proactive. This could have been somewhat due to a turnover of staff at the particular branch but such things are part of business and should be managed.
