GoogleI can’t praise them enough, 3 days on the market and I had an offer. And the staff at both offices have been fantastic, but especially a massive thanks to Karis and Ryhs who went above and beyond my expectations to follow the sale through to completion. Thank you again to all at Reeds Rains.

GoogleThe team at Reeds Rains Bedworth have been very helpful. We first met Karis when viewing the property and was there for us throughout our process. Unfortunately we decided to pull out of the sale due to complications but they have been nothing but supportive, as well as Rhys and Sarah when popping into the branch. This was cumbersome and unnecessary made a very difficult process. I was a guarantor. Then I needed a reference from my employer. I have to submit taxes. Totally crazy. I have no idea how this people can even rent one house. If I wasn’t doing it for my loved one I would totally go somewhere else. They need to tone it down. Pure nonsense. Scary stuff

Absolutely furious with the lack of customer service. I was sold an auction property by Lisa Sharpe - told there was a tenant in there for the next year, and that rental would be taken care of. She lied, tenant was moving that week. I bought in June - still not completed due to buyers solicitor not sending accurate information and ignoring my solicitors emails

This has been a very difficult time learning that i am an executor for my Aunts will and selling her house. From the start I met Matt Candow in your Portishead office. He was kind and helpful, did exactly what he said that he would do, when he said that he would. Has been open and honest from the beginning to the end of the process. The sale has been conducted via email and telephone due to the fact that I live in Manchester and the property is in Portishead.He kept me up to date with progress and advised accordingly. I felt that I was in safe hands.I would not hesitate to recommend them as estate agents, they have been brilliant.
