Sellers Beware !!!I instructed Reeds Rains Northwich, Cheshire branch to sell my property. After nearly 10 weeks of no interest whatsoever, the seller suggested I sell my property to “his mate”. A so called property developer who wanted to buy the property but did not have the money to do so! The so called property developer uses a delayed completion scheme over three years, following which you would receive the money for the house, all the while the seller is liable for damages/repairs etc. This process is regulated by the FCA as you would expect and shock horror the so called property investors are not FCA regulated and have a property portfolio of 2x vans! At no point did I tell the agent I wanted to rent the property out! I, of course escalated my complaint via their complaints process which was a waste of internet and email storage. Speaking to the manager was an awful experience! PS, the photographs taken of the property for the sale were terrible! Don’t worry about a response Reeds Rains, more gaslighting has no effect on me.

In addition to the issues I raised in an earlier review, which hasn't even been acknowledged, I have learned the flat wasn't inspected before it was let and now there is a plethora of serious problems. Criminal organisation. Also operate at "Your Move". As a landlord I received fraudulent invoices, months of failure to respond to calls and emails. They turns out they lost the keys and the tenancy agreement. End of contract 29th Sept. Still they haven't shared any paperwork and are still withholding funds in November. Lots of promises from David Tomlinson, not one fulfilled. Avoid.Update: now December, despite the response on here, no reach out or resolution.
