GoogleI have just completed sale of our house with Reeds Rains, Bedworth. From the very start with a visit from Andrew, the whole process felt very professional. I contacted Reeds Rains on several occasions over the selling/buying period, and each time I was met with total professionalism. Whether I spoke with Karis,Rhys,Andrew or Sarah, the outcome was always the same( nothing was too much trouble,) all staff give that, personal touch, and are extremely knowledgeable in their field. I would highly recommend Reeds Rains to anyone. A special thanks to, Karis and Rhys, for all you done in helping with our move, it is very much appreciated.

What a fantastic company! Due to false and lack of information/ disclosures from a local estate agent and solicitors, i found myself in the situation of breaking the sale chain and going into rental accommodation. I used Reeds Rains for the lettings in Rawtenstall and they were fabulous.

GoogleAbsolutely the best estate agency we’ve dealt with, hands down! We recently sold our home through Reeds Rains Bedworth and couldn’t be happier with the service we received. From the very first conversation to completion day, Karis and Rhys were simply outstanding. Their communication was spot on, always prompt, clear, and reassuring, which made a huge difference during what can often be a stressful time. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and they went above and beyond to keep everything on track. We felt completely supported and in safe hands throughout the whole process. Their local knowledge, professionalism, and friendly approach really set them apart. GoogleKaris was really good at keeping us informed of progress and liaised with our solicitor to ensure a smooth process. She always calls back if unavailable at the time and answered e mails promptly. We are grateful to her and indeed her team who also played a part in the completion of our sale.

even the tenant use my flat for airbnb, owe the rent from beginning, broken my furniture. they do nothing but use the public channel to tell lies that they had handling everything in professional way, the fact is they do NOTHING with this case, and just keep ignoring us when this happen.

He explained everything very clearly to us so we knew exactly what to expect and was available every step of the way if we needed anything.
