I came to Reeds Rains after dealing with a terrible estate agent company to help me with a difficult tenant situation. Reeds Rains was completely proficient in handling everything quickly and very effectively. I worked with Heather who was very attentive and friendly. All in all, could not recommend this branch more, they did everything I could’ve possibly wanted as a landlord and are superb at helping landlords with everything they’d need.

Basically everything they do is show up to a viewing, after that they go AWOL , been chasing them constantly for the past few days after I have been told by the agent - Charlotte that someone else already put in an offer to the flat that I so much wanted . She highly recommended to call urgently at the office by 4 pm same day of the viewing (it was about 3:30 pm when we had this conversation) and her colleagues will help me out with starting the process. I am still calling 5 days later until they even decided to hung up every time I’m trying to call . Whenever they answered before that , Charlotte was never in the office and no one else was apparently dealing with the property. Well , you just wasted a week in my house hunting chasing you. Avoid at all cost if your time is precious.

Terrible letting agent always chasing them and never doing jobs which they were asked to arrange. Gave me bad advise and put terrible tenants in resulting in wreaking my property. I would not monitor the tenant for.me. I'd not recommend this company at all.

Partner phoned up to enquire about properties, receptionist was rude as anything and told my partner (who has mental health problems) to simply "get a job" I don't know what ivory tower this little urchin crawled down from but that is certainly an unacceptable way to speak to potential clients. WILL NOT USE!!

This is the worse estate agents you could possibly use! They lie, deny any responsibility for any wrong doing, break your legal contract, never action anything they say they will do, cause you stress, financial loss, and have the worse management and complaints procedure I’ve ever known. If you are looking to rent or buy a property I would definitely not recommend using these and I work in the industry.

Decided to put our mothers house on the market. Back in june . When someone wanted to buy it . we was advised to use there solicitors oniell patient solicitors from MANCHESTER not local which was strange. . Well the buyer was a cash buyer so should be straight forward i thought. Well here we are week 7 and no further forward. Tryed calling them to query time put on hold for eternity asked for several call backs nothing . So went through estate agent and guess what no help. Just told to sit and wait . Well its all good well but when you have no where to live after house is sold and you cant put your name on a lease until you get a date . Well how long does a no chain sale take . Me i thought weeks not this shet show by both parties on this . I would never use a in house solicitors again . Never . Stick to local firms not call centres .especially after reading the reviews about the solicitors.

They have been my estate agents for more than 5 years. I had requested them that I would pay the contractors directly for some works inorder to reduce the price. But despite the fact that they agreed in writing that I will be paying the contractors directly, they still paid the contractors which led to loss of money for myself. There is no one point of contact. They charged me twice for renewal fees in 1 month. Whenever you ask them they just redirect to renewal team, accounts team, local branch, maintenance coordinator.

Poor quality on management property, MANCHESTER CITY CENTER BRANCH, just looking for your monthly payment, I did had really bad experience with them. It might work well with others.No commitment.No responsibility.Using ripped off construction for repairing of rental house.No respond.Charges for new tenancy AGREEMENT with current tenant £120.The worse of worse IF YOU WANT TO LEAVE AFTER YOUR AGREEMENT FINISHED,YOU WOULD CHARGED £936. Which really made me made .Not recommended at all and going with local estate agents.

I know during your time of management with Reeds Rains we had addressed your complaint about a contractor to which we have responded to in March 2020 and had considered the matter as closed however should you want to discuss this further with me I'm more than happy to speak with you surrounding this.As you agreed to renew the tenancy through us and as per the terms and conditions there is a renewal fee payable. Likewise, should you wish to cease management with Reeds Rains during a tenancy (and the tenant stays in situ) there is a fee. Both of these are clearly outlined in our terms which you signed prior to the tenancy commencing.
