Reeds rains wrexham bad experience

Reeds rains wrexham, overall not a pleasant experience dealing with Simon. Travelled a long way to view a property, submitted two offers with no response, no willingness to negotiate on our behalf with the vendor. Recieved a voice mail to say property sold to a cash buyer who's offered considerably more (it wasn't, 5k more) then said 'ideal really'. Not what you want to hear when you think you have found your dream property. Both me and my partner found him rude and obnoxious on the phone. I'd go as far to say I would actively avoid purchasing a property listed by reeds rains Wrexham.

Although I live far away from home, I was kept updated as much as possible, quick responses every time, given advice with anything I needed. They have been very efficient, caring and prompt in all aspects....routine inspection, finding tenants and dealing with emergencies. In particular Alex Simpson ensured that not only did we find good tenants but also had an effortless transition from previous letting agents. Looking for somewhere to live is serious business. It’s really not appreciated when an estate agent does not bother to respond to your queries about a house that you’re seriously interested in. Before the response is “well why didn’t you just call?” - I am partially deaf and struggle on the phone. My preferred method of communication, where possible is obviously email. It’s been 3-4 weeks and I have heard nothing, and yes, I check my junk box.Unprofessional and disappointing.

Booked a viewing and agent did not even turn up and i was not contacted and told, let into property by decorators to have a look so couldn't aak any questions about property or rent etc, renovation not funished loose sink, tiles completely missing and broken on floor, so had to ring office to see what was getting repaired and couldnt confirm if issues would be fixed! Very unprofessional service
