Can't recommend this Estate Agents enough, all staff went above and beyond for us to ensure everything went smoothly for us, however Megan stood out, and no matter how many times I rang, she always made the time for me, thanks so much xx

Reeds Rains Evesham If I could leave a zero star rating I would. During the process of finding a purchaser we were not advised of some viewings, told the wrong times and agent was late on more than one occasion. After getting an offer the progress chasing was non existent. Save your money and use someone like Purplebricks as you WILL be doing all the chasing. After trying to complain, they were aggressive and completely unhelpful. Absolutely shocking and we wish we never had anything to do with themUPDATE Your complaint procedure is about as useful as your contract ( which by the way, you never gave me a copy of) and you did not give me an opportunity to exhaust said procedure before bullying us into making payment of your commission.

From our first conversation it was clear to me that Gemma’s enthusiasm and knowledge of letting properties was going to be the right fit for managing my property. They took care of everything including dealing with difficult property managers and tenants at the end of a tenancy to making sure we had someone to clean and refresh the property before sale. We can't thank them enough for making sure our house sale went through and a property that's been in our family for generations went to someone who would love it.

Reeds Rains Liverpool BranchI paid a holding deposit on behalf of my daughter, she had advised the agent that as she had no credit history on file it would probably fail and therefore offered to pay 6 months rent in advance. they told her that they would contact the landlord to see if this was acceptable. after confirmation that this was okay with the landlord we paid £137 holding deposit to secure the propery and take it off the market to which they did. After the credit check came back as failed (to which she had already advised it would) the agent then told her that they would not allow her to rent the property. The property was then put back on the market and my daughter contacted them again and told them that she had a Guarantor they still refused her application but now I have lost my holding deposit. Just to advise anyone else in a similar situation please know that it is unlawful to keep a holding deposit as stated on a lawyers website as follows; (A holding deposit is money paid when you’ve agreed to rent a property, but haven’t signed a contract. If you pay a holding deposit you’re guaranteeing you’ll take up the tenancy. If the agents accept it they’re guaranteeing they’ll let the property to you. Usually a holding deposit is set against a security deposit, or is refunded when you move in. If the agreement is cancelled, and it’s not your fault, the holding deposit should normally be returned to you). just to let you know Reeds Rains estate agents I will be taking this to Housing ombudsman services so I suggest you refund my money.

This is based at the Ossett branch. The worst business I have ever dealt with!! Going through renting a house currently and the way we have been dealt with is absolutely appalling. The most miserable, unprofessional, unresponsive, utterly useless people I have ever had the misfortune to deal with.Not only have we been continuously lied to but now our calls are even being ignored.Tracy who we dealt with originally was just atrocious, never gave us a call once to update us so we called the branch ourselves every day to know what was going on. Only to be told now that we have transferred over to the Wakefield branch that she has done absolutely nothing and even gone against what we have been told!!!When Tracy isn't in I dealt with Emily who I thought was doing everything she could to ensure we got the keys at the weekend. Not only do we have a time limit for our current property but I'm 4 months pregnant and she knew all of this and getting married in a weeks time then going on honeymoon for 2 weeks out of the country, all of which was stated at the time of viewing the property. However, after our calls being ignored all day long we arrive at the Wakefield branch to be told that everything Emily said she was going to do, she did none of it!!!The way Emily dealt with my partner was just ridiculous, no use of words but actually shrugged her shoulders and rolled her eyes when he asked her a question. This company is an absolute shambles and a joke and we have not 1 good thing to say about them.They do not care about anything at all and make it unbelievably difficult and long.Never have we ever had something go on for so long and with no end in sight.The worst customer service I have ever received in my life and will never ever use them again for anything!!!!

I sold my house with Reeds Rains Pemberton and used their suggested solicitors (Stephenson's). We were so pleased with their customer service, professionalism and efficiency over our selling process. There were some bumps in the road and complications that arose (never from our side) but they were handled extremely well by all, especially Emma. We are now happy in our new home, all thanks to the support that we received throughout from Reeds Rains - they really did go above and beyond!
