The sale was seamless with glowing reports from the buyers on the way in which Elise conducted the viewings. Would 100% recommend

Cannot recommend them enough! From start to finish I was completely looked after. Do not listen to other reviews do your research into the agent you use! Do not I repeat DO NOT be fooled with lower fees. You pay for what you get! I've had local agents trying to undervalue my house for tens of thousands of pounds cheaper because they will sell it to their mate or know an investor buying up all the property and wanted me to put it on low to get me a sale. not here. They work for you to get you the best price and offer the best customer service. I was updated regularly, and achieved OVER the asking price. Thank you for all your hard work. Renting a property can be daunting but Reeds Rains helped us every step of the way, nothing too much trouble. The Burnley team were excellent and so efficient. Particular thanks to Leanne and Andrea. We signed up one day and had four viewings in four days with one signing up as a tenant. Amazing! With their help we are now legal and have a happy tenant, with no worries, because Reed Rains take care of problems under their fully managed package. Many thanks guys!!

I have recently completed a power of attorney sale of my mother’s house with the Pontefract Team of Reads Rains. The whole process with the Agent was easy and straightforward, I was updated with all viewing appointments and provided with feedback after every viewing. The property sold very quickly and when I was unhappy with the lack of updates and information from my solicitor; the Team, in particular Ash, chased up my solicitor, the buyer’s solicitor and the buyer, providing me with regular updates alleviating my concerns.

The estate agent is so untrustworthy. The house we purchases with many problem, bad boulder, broken bathtub and broken faucets. Estate agent said they have no obligation to ask the seller to fix the problem before they hand over the house to the new buyer, and teased us we had learn from a lesson and never make any mistake when we purchase a house next time. I want to say is that, no one have many chances to buy a dream house in their lifetime.

TrustpilotStay well away, uneducated, unqualified, the worst of customer service.
At the start these guys seemed just like any other Estate Agent, extremely keen to get you signed up, saying all the right things and being very positive to get you on board. Yes they did get the house sold, but given the current market any other agent could have done the same. That's when the problems began, lack of chasing, lack of communication, lack of relevant and important information, constantly having to call them to then be told often inaccurate information or information they had to hand days ago but neglected to pass on. Constant excuses include we're really busy at the moment from the most useless of them all Hayley. Whatever you do avoid these at all costs. I could rant more and make derogatory remarks about most of them but at then end of the day they are just very inept individuals with very little experience or qualification unable to deliver any semblance of customer service. I am still waiting on them providing relevant information, which has been holding up completion for over a week now. They are refusing to chase the information and are seem to actually be taking great pleasure in causing us more and more problems every day. I would recommend that you look elsewhere when it comes to an estate agent, don't be fooled by the positive attitude to get you signed up, it soon degrades into downright stupidity.

What a great team - over the last few years ( 3 at least ) I’ve used Reeds Raine for my rental properties and the sale of my home. The team works really well together, giving a seamless joint between “Lettings” and “Sales”. Lydia has been a constant, contactable touch point - her assured and local knowledge is a real benefit, providing insights and contacts that have made the “landlord” role easy and hassle free. Lydia has personally formed an invaluable bridge to the Sales team. It was Lydia’s high levels of customer service that formed my decision to use the Rye Reeds Raines Team to sell my house. Stuart pulled out “all of the stops” to get the sale of my property across the line to my set deadlines - leaving me free to focus on the purchase of my new home. Dealt with William Clayton upon vacating a property that had huge amounts of black mould all throughout. He argued back and forth when we tried to get our deposit back even though we left the property in perfect condition. We took videos before and after we left the property. Will never rent or buy a property with Prescot Reeds Rains again.
