GoogleAfter consultation with Kieran, we listed the property on a Friday. Viewing on Saturday and tenant agreed on Tuesday (Monday was a bank holiday!) The process has been painless and professional. All our queries have been promptly responded to.

GoogleArrogant, elitist and time wasting staff who only engage in sales and negotiation via undue pressure. Specifically, this was an experience earlier in year, from making an offer to the subsequent negotiation to buy a home listed with this agent. Clearly they had no intention on selling to us, but made us go through the necessary steps to buy in order to increase the price for the preferred buyer. In other words, the chosen buyer had already been agreed by the vendor, but the agent used us to increase the rate from the primary buyer for their own gain, knowing full well we wouldn't have been in contention for purchase because we had already declared our upper budget. Having now dealt with agents in the B&NES and North Somerset area, these type of underhand tactics are rare. But not at Reeds Rains, where buyer deception seems actively encouraged.

GoogleI bought my flat through Reeds Rains and they were always very polite, friendly and helpful through the process even when I had to contact them over some matters after I had moved in. They even sent me a lovely cake which was a nice touch and made my day! Would recommend.

TrustpilotI would not recommend reeds rains…
I would not recommend reeds rains Evesham if you actually want to sell your house. The viewings we did have were either people who hadn't got their own house on the market, who hadn't sold or hadn't got a mortgage in principle. Most of the viewings took at best 5 minutes which I know as I had a ring door bell and I went over to my neighbours house whilst the viewings took place. How the hell you can properly show someone around a decent sized 4 bedroom house beats me. Communication was rubbish I had to keep contacting George to find out how the short viewing went. I found their enthusiasm to actually sell my house was poor so in the end brought Leggett and James in as well. As soon as Leggett and James came on board Reeds rains basically sat back and waited for them to sell my house as they still wanted their commission regardless. It took Leggett and James 4 weeks and it was sold. The only thing Reeds rains did was repeatedly tell me I was in breach of contract and would still be liable for the fee. Funny that surely they were in breach of contract for not giving a s***t and putting in no effort apart from taking pictures and putting the house online. Oh and apparently sending a few emails out. The one thing they were quick at was chasing me for their money when my sale went through. Save yourself time, money and a lot of stress and go with a quality estate agent such as Leggett and James who were amazing and a hell of a lot cheaper!!!

What an absolute joke they are sold house quick but took 7 months to complete. They always had an excuse . Never there fault When rang up to chase they was just about to do it ? Never kept me upto date . Never rang back when supposed too

The Team at Reeds Rains Didsbury have been there for me even before I put my property on the market. Their support and guidance on market conditions and the industry was invaluable, they were honest and very helpful. Elly was my go to, she is outstanding. During the viewing stage their communication was excellent. Not just an auto email but regular calls to discuss progress and feedback. I'm delighted that my property has now sold, STC, and again, David the Manager called and his exact words "it's my job to help and support you through the sale now, i'll do everything I can to help". And he's stuck to his word, just superb! It's so refreshing to get such great customer service. Big thank you to all at Reeds Rains Didsbury.

Took time off work and travelled 1 hour to go to a viewing with them. They called me 8min before to cancel! The flat has been let they said. I asked to view the flat anyway in case I can make a better offer and also because I was so close to the place and they refused!! They have no respect for people and their time. 2 hours wasted and money wasted! Very unprofessional stay away!!

Sorry to say the experience of selling the house with Reeds Rains was not a pleasant one the communication was almost non existent, carrying out simple requests was impossible, no one has followed up after the sale of the property to check everything was ok and the purchasers of the property also complained to me about the estate agent and will not buy from them ever again
