GoogleRip off company would not recommend to anyone. They lie to you to get a upfront payment but don't refund it if you don't get the house

Thank you for your thoughts Michelle however terms and conditions and processes are set out to potential tenants before any payment is taken. Potential tenants are required to sign and agree to the terms and the only reason a tenancy offer is retracted and monies not refunded is if a potential tenant has not fully declared their personal circumstances.

GoogleRedbrik were fantastic from beginning to end. There were lots of complications with vendors living abroad, time differences and ex pat mortgages but Redbrik were so supportive and helpful through it all. They were always happy to advise and listen to me moan and throughout it all to keep on moving things forward as quickly as possible.

GoogleWe received excellent service from Redbrik when selling our late mother’s house. They did all the viewings and kept us very well informed about developments by phone and email. They were proactive and efficient, we would certainly recommend them.

GoogleCalled up for a request on fees and lettings information as a first time landlord - was advised they were too busy and i would recieve a call back... 24 hours later... still waiting. Not too great service..

Fantastic Estate AgentsWe have had an absolute nightmare with our sale and purchase with everything falling apart less than a week before completion but we cannot fault the team at Crystal Peaks, particularly Emily. We cannot thank her enough for continuing to keep us updated throughout the entire 10 month journey. It's a shame things didn't work out in the end but I'm so glad that we had chosen Redbrik.
