I’ve been really impressed with Park and Bailey throughout the whole process, from the valuation right through to completion of the property I was selling. Having never sold a property before (only ever purchased) we was dreading the whole process. We had four Estate Agents value our property & chose Redbrik based not on the valuation they gave but the professionalism & friendliness of their representative. The marketing information they produced needed no amendments at all & the photos they took were fantastic (almost made me change my mind about selling). They worked with us when it came to the viewings & after the first weekend it was clear they were bang on with the valuation. What made Redbrik stand out from the rest is they had a human touch as well as a professional approach. We chose our buyers based not on their offer but on them being good natured & like minded people. The team at Redbrik understood this and did everything they could to make the process run smoothly. To cut a long story short, the process has taken 12 weeks from the advert going online to the keys being handed over. Fortunately for us the people we have bought from were also using Redbrik & that has gone just as smoothly. In the current climate they are under so much pressure but no call went unanswered, every email responded to and we felt supported all the way. She not only advised me about offers on my own property but also made suggestions as to how and what Should offer on my proposed purchase, even negotiating on my behalf when I was too anxious to do it myself. When a number of points were raised by the buyers survey on my sale, Claire advised me and kindly arranged the necessary professional contractors to sort everything out. I would highly recommend Claire to anyone looking to sell their property. I would also add that I couldn't have done it without her, she was my guardian angel.

Redbrick crystal peaks offer an appalling service, June ....? who dealt with our purchase didn't have a clue about the sale! She was rude, arrogant and offered a very unhelpful and unfriendly service. She continually lied and colluded with the seller and their appointed solicitors?

I am appalled by the service level of chesterfield redbrik! Service is not a word they understand. I would not use them if they were the last estate agents going , our experience left us out of pocket and with a property unfit to live in, we are still awaiting contact 4 months later , and this is not from to COVID-19.Fabrication of the truth!! Is the polite way of stating how we feel.
