GoogleWe used Redbrik to sell our home and the experience couldn’t have been better from our valuation meeting with Emma to The photographer who came out to measure up and take photos right through to all the staff in the office. I’m pretty sure at some point everyone there was involved with booking in appointments, yet they all knew when we were available, when other viewings were booked in and when best to fit others in. Within a week of going to market we had a number of offers and a sale was agreed within the first two weeks, again, everyone in the office seemed involved, all knew the right details about the property and handled it in a very friendly yet professional manner. We would definitely use Redbrik again. Thank you to everyone working there, you were brilliant for us.

GoogleWhat can I say, the whole team at Redbrik in Chesterfield have been flawless from start to finish. They were appointed to sell my parents house and also the agent for the onward purchase. GoogleJanet is a great asset for this business she was brilliant when I wanted to sell a house. She was proactive and really professional. redbrick would be nothing special without her. If I need to sell again I would definitely use Redbrick again BUT only if Janet was still there and dealt with the sale. Redbrick please note what a great asset she is to you!

GoogleWe recently sold our house with Redbrik, we chose Redbrik after a fabulous experience buying our property from them previously. Ross came out to value our house and was very informative, he explained everything in detail and was on hand if we had any questions. Janet dealt with the sale of our property, and was extremely professional and helpful from start to finish. Janet was on hand for any questions we had and was always keeping us updated on the progress of our sale. We had a few bumps in the road and we genuinely believe without Janet our sale would have fallen through. I can not thank Janet and the team at Redbrik for making the whole process so enjoyable, easy and stress free. When it comes to selling our next property the only choice would be Redbrik.

GoogleI've used Redbrik a couple of times, for both buying and selling a property. They are very professional, understanding of your needs and very helpful. Making any stress alot easier to deal with. Janet was great, with regular updates about where the sale was at, once sold she chased solicitors and the buyers making things go smoothly. I would use again if need be.

GoogleI cannot stress how much I would recommend Janet from the Chesterfield office, her service ticked all the boxes for what you really want from an estate agent. Janet is a pleasure to deal with great personality , knowledgeable and most importantly extremely proactive. She was on top of everything right from the start and made our purchase 100% easier. GoogleUnfortunately not able to give a positive review when dealing with a purchase through Redbrik. Redbrik could have caused myself and my family major problems by choosing not to disclose vital information on the property. They showed little concern over this. Found the experience stressful, unhelpful and uncaring. Ended up dealing direct with the seller towards the end. Glad it’s over.

GoogleWe felt that Redbrik were really proactive in selling our house and in sending us directly, houses that we might want to view. From the valuer, Jacqueline; the photographer, Josh; the negotiators Holly and Natalie and her cover Janet; the viewing agent, Rebecca, they all listened to our ideas and comments and were keen to work in partnership with us. They were always available and even the office based people who were answering the phones, had access to our details and seemed to have the latest information on our sale. Our key worker, Natalie was also proactive in keeping in touch with us and let us know if she was going to be on holiday and who would be our contact until she returned. We wish we had put our house on the market with them from the beginning, as we received a very poor service from our first agent and the whole experience with them was very unpleasant. We have since not heard anyone say a bad word about Redbrik, in fact we can't fault the service we received from them. We have already recommended them to family and friends and will continue to do so.

GoogleGeorgina has been the one to support us since we got accepted to rent a property. She has been so lovely and friendly from the beginning, we have had a few manintence issues that have never been a problem and she’s always been so quick to sort and organise a fix for us. GoogleRedbrik have brought me to completion of my house sale with professionalism, diplomacy, excellent communication, tenacity and whilst keeping the personal touch. It wasn’t smooth sailing…I doubt it is for anyone at the moment, with the volatility of the current property market….so you need people with the right skills, good communication and great experience in your corner. The specialist staff responsible for different aspects of the sale are crucial. Redbrik provide this no question. They are leaders in their field. I am certain that without them I would not have been as successful. I personally found it very efficient to choose to have the link through them straight to Banner Jones. This certainly removes some of the issues re communication and speeds the process.
