GoogleThere's a certain spark about Jessica. I've been unsuccessfully looking for a place to rent in Newport for about a month before I've met the Redkey's girl. The rest is history :-) She kind of knew exactly what I wanted a lot better than I did. Or so it seems :-) I am writing this from my new home overlooking the Usk river where I've been for a number of weeks now, and I can't believe how happy I am with the apartment. Immensely grateful to Jess as well as to all other charming ladies I've met in the process. Redkey has stolen my heart. Never thought of an Estate Agents in these terms before. But then again, I've never dealt with Welsh estate agents before either :-)

GoogleRed Key have given us amazing service after some bad experiences with other letting agents - the staff are really friendly and helpful and were quick to answer any questions I had - Kath took us on our viewing and was extremely informative and a genuine help. Would definitely recommend :)

GoogleI feel I have to leave a five star review even though I haven’t yet found my perfect home. This is a big step for me as this will be the first time I have rented and Kath has been absolutely amazing in helping me, talking me through the different properties that are available and the process of renting. GoogleAfter talking with the director of the company when she had seen this review we communicated several times and several months after we left the property and a couple weeks after I exchanged emails with the director I am pleased to finally have a chunk of our deposit back. Which I still firmly believe was rightfully ours as we didn't leave the said property in a state at all. However as much as we have resolved the deposit issue it doesn't excuse the treatment towards myself and my family from the actual staff in the Newport office. They were rude and arrogant! We had tried several times to reason with them, my husband had the phone put down on him and they had all been very rude!! We were absolutely disgusted with how we were treated, not only were they holding onto our hard earned money but throughout the tenancy we had at our last address, there were several issues regarding maintenance issues within the house that we were promised somebody would come out and it never happened.. We put new flooring down in that house and yet they still refused to speak to us via the phone and withhold our deposit. Never been treated so poorly by a letting agent before. In saying all of this though I am pleased to say that the director of the company was always very polite towards myself, she communicated well with me, she kept to her word when she said she would be in touch and has helped to resolve the issues surrounding the deposit so was the complete opposite to the staff who myself and partner had dealt with before. Maybe the director needs to give the staff in the Newport office a lesson in customer service and communication as she was a pleasure to talk too. They could learn alot from this lady.

GoogleMy Girlfriend and I moved into a flat through Red Key last July, being first time tenants we were often confused and unsure about what we had to do and what steps we had to take. Thankfully Red Key helped us every step of the way, answering every question we had and almost babying us to make sure we were safe and settled into our property. The moving out process was easy and Red Key were very fair for what we charged in regards of cleaners and Maintenance. We have moved out of the flat now to save to get onto property ladder, but Red Key will be the first Estate Agent we look to when we eventually buy our first Property. Thank You Chantelle and Rebecca! You have been really good to us.

GoogleI called to see if I could view a flat and thankfully I was able to that same afternoon, the flat was amazing and they were super helpful and really worked on doing the references quickly for me and I was able to move into the flat within a week. The staff are just so friendly and I'm really thankful they could be so quick at securing the place for me.

GoogleTry and take every penny they can from your deposit. Flat was left immaculate and they tried to take £180 from us absolute joke. Inventory was not sent out within the agreed 7 days and we had to request it ourselves. Repairs on the flat was not made as quickly as they should have been. Bad block management. Rude staff! Checking out of the flat was not done professionally, everything that should have been done was not completed. My advice.... AVOID!

The quality of service that Rey Key provided overall was good to excellent. The staff were friendly and helpful when it came to asking questions on the properties themselves and the payment process. There were one or two questions about the property I eventually moved into such as the presence of connected telephone lines that they weren't able to answer and I had to find out myself. In addition, I needed to send a couple more emails than usual to clarify a few technical and logistical points.

Myself and my wife Recently rented a property from redkey lettings Newport in the duffryn area and I found them to be highly professional, friendly, efficient and reliable. Very prompt with returning calls and emails etc. The whole team there were fantastic especially Samantha Thomas and Rebecca Payne. Very happy with our new home and highly recommend this professional company.
