From the first property viewing I had, the staff really made me feel comfortable and I felt like they actually took the time to understand exactly what I was looking for.
Being with estate agents in the past I would call about one property and that was all I would be advised on, whereas Red Key took down my whole criteria and although the property I originally called about had been rented, they were able to recommend a property that actually suited me much better.
Upfront explanation of costs was another huge reason I am writing this review. I knew exactly what I would be paying and what it was for; a breath of fresh air.
