I dealt with Michael and I have to say he went above and beyond to secure a rental property for me and my dog at short notice. I was overseas at the time and trying to get home amidst pandemic rules and regulations and time was of the essence. Michael’s communication was excellent. I was kept informed the whole time as to where we were at in the process and how he was expediting matters. Michael was professional and friendly and sought to reassure me constantly that he would do everything possible to make things happen in the timeframe we had. Yet another great service!

Yet another great service from the lettings team. Vienna & Lesley have been persistent and professional throughout. The covid impact has left me rather downbeat but the ladies have been optimistic ad continued forward, and their tenacity paid off. As I have come to expect (im spoilt now) they go above my expectations, which is very reassuring and comforting. Vienna is a great asset to the team and is always on hand - Lesley has built up a great team! I highly recommend!!!

Awful estate agents

Awful estate agents - selling a property that wasn't even available to buy led us up the garden path after we had forked out £200 for mortgage valuation and then £600 for survey. To then be told seller hasn't even given notice to tenants worst customer service no apologies avoid at all costs!

I have been using RA Bennett Stratford branch for over a year and the team have provided me with an excellent service. Michael has been my main point of contact and has always gone out of his way to ensure any issues are dealt with as quickly and efficiently as possible. I can not recommend RA Bennett enough for renting out our property within 24 hours. Michael and Chloe were fantastic and offered excellent customer service. It took 2 hours from my first contact with Michael to him listing it on the website and that included him coming to the house to take the photos. Customer service we received from Emma, Russell and Vanessa was simply outstanding. We were kept informed throughout the process and had regular catch ups. The team were always available to talk to whenever I needed to discuss anything. We had a bit of a bumpy ride losing 2 buyers right before the exchange of contract, but the guys resumed active marketing of our property immediately and organised viewings pretty much straight away. We never had to chase feedback, which was great. Emma especially went above and beyond helping us out with negotiating a purchase of our next house and providing very useful advice along the way. She has kept in touch with me regularly and nothing was ever too much trouble. Emma and the team have made this extremely stressful process a lot more bearable. If anybody I know is thinking of selling their house I will definitely be recommending they get in touch with Emma and the team. Would like to give zero star if system allows me. We meant to move in on Friday and received a phone call 96 hours (within same week) before saying we can no longer move in to the flat as the roof was leaking and need a dehumidifier for two weeks before they can send anyone to fix the issue. No replacement accommodation was offered and said they can refund our deposit (which is disgusting leaving us homeless). I then tried to look for another flat on the website again as I can’t afford to wait for another referencing done by other letting agent. Staff are of lies and one staff said have 10 viewings on the second flat on bank holiday Monday and later in the afternoon another staff saying they have 15 viewings!!!NegativeResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

Hello Wendy, Whilst I do appreciate the frustration this matter will have caused, I do believe it is fair to say that the unfortunate situation with the property, which made it inhabitable, was outside of the control of a letting agent and you were notified as soon as the matter was known to the local team. It would not have been possible for our local team to have chosen for you replacement accommodation as you would need to select this yourself, ensuring you are happy, prior to any application being made to the landlord. Bank holidays are very busy periods for viewings, with most people being of work and the numbers of people looking to move is very high currently. Whilst you may choose not to believe the advise given to you around viewings numbers, I do believe it is unfair to leave such comments about our local team without being in full knowledge of the facts. I do hope you have been able to find accommodation elsewhere, or have received your deposit back in the mean time. Should you wish to discuss further, please contact us via review@countrywide.co.uk. The service from RA Bennett was a great contributor to the fact that I, as a cash buyer, decided to withdraw from the sale. Their communication was inadequate and continued to be so even after I raised serious concerns about the sale. When I did speak to them they were nice and friendly. I can't fault that. However I was left very disappointed with the overall experience.

Excellent team work. Initially worked with Nathan in the Evesham branch, when my location needs changed Nathan promptly referred me to Ellie in the Cheltenham branch. Ellie promptly responded to the many questions I had and worked with my unique circumstance ( looking for a rental flat while out of the country) Ellie made what could be a very stressful experience into a much pleasant one and even though we worked remotely, I had complete confidence in the entire process. We managed to secure a rental flat in a timely manner! 5 stars and then some!
