GoogleCaroline Preston was always really easy to reach and very informative. Obviously it was a difficult time purchasing the house during the pandemic, but she managed to keep us updated every step of the way and get things quickly in motion once the restrictions were lifted. Nothing felt like too much trouble and she was always very friendly and professional.PositiveResponsiveness, Professionalism

GoogleWe first came to deal with RA Bennett when there was a property on the market that we fell in love with, sadly our offer got declined and we were left searching again in the extremely busy market - thinking we would never find anything like the original again! A few weeks later, Eve called me to say that they had a property coming on the market that was similar to the previous, there wasn’t any photos so I was dubious as to whether we would even like it, my partner and I went to view, where Sophie showed us around and we fell in love. We immediately put in an offer and thankfully it got accepted! We are near the end of our purchase process now and can’t thank Eve & Sophie enough for all of their hard work, they have been there to answer any questions we’ve had and always only an email away. There have been a few bumps in the road with this purchase (by no means of anything to do with the efficiency of the estate agents) and Eve has done her upmost best to help us overcome the situation, fast and smoothly. Thank you Eve for making this process a walk in the park from your end of things and hopefully we will be in our new property in the next couple of weeks!PositiveQuality, Professionalism

GoogleWe cannot recommend RA Bennett highly enough. We have just sold our home through them, and from the first contact, we have been impressed. Caroline is incredibly efficient and knowledgeable about the local housing market and the house moving process in general. We were kept well-informed at each stage. When we were initially deciding between the 5 estate agents that came to value our property, RA Bennett stood out because of the excellent communication between Caroline and her staff; we felt we would be dealing with a small team who would know our house and situation well, and this turned out to be the case. They were always ready to answer any queries with regards to our sale but also to advise on our onward purchase. Thank you Caroline, Jak, Eve and Sophie for your hard work. We will continue to recommend you to others.PositiveResponsiveness, Professionalism
