GoogleAwful service, took 7 weeks to return my deposit, do not answer phone, do not return calls when you leave a message, only reply to e-mails sporadically. Allow viewings and landlord into property to carry out maintenace before the check out report has been carried out.The poor service is blamed on Covid but after reading other reviews the same problem has been going on for over 2 years! Totally unprofessional and need a complete overhaul of end of tenancy procedures.NegativeResponsiveness

We were kept regularly updated about enquiries, viewings, interest and prospective buyers. Prior to this, the staff showed exceptional standards of professionalism and responsiveness, when dealing with the on-boarding process. GoogleWe have a flat they we rent out that was vacated just before the Pandemic struck. As soon as was feasible Matthew Lewis was on the ball and a new tenant was found but unfortunately could not move in until the block of flats (it is a over 55's sheltered accommodation) would allow new tenants in. Matthew ensued that the new tenant was moved in with the minimum of delay once permission was given We were kept informed at all the stages of the transaction and Matthew was very professional throughout and is very personable. We would recommend Matthew and R.A. Bennetts to anyone looking for a rental management team.PositiveQuality, Professionalism

GoogleHaving been told that we would be having an open day on our property in a two week timeframe by the salesperson Jenna, we were very impressed. However having had to pay £149 for photos, the two weeks came and went without a single viewing. I cancelled the contract and applied to head office for a refund. The official response was that I had had the full premium package and as such had benefitted in full. The only estate agent to charge for photos, and the only one with such a vivid imagination. Don’t fall for the sales spiel there are many other capable agents in Evesham

GoogleDreadful experience. Tried buying a house but didn't receive a call back from Jenna so lost it. The office was not interested in making sure their client received as much as a buyer would pay. I am annoyed i had to leave a 1 star, 0 stars was not an option. Fuming with this company... They did manage to spam me with emails although didn't register. Not sure where else my data has now been sent to. 0 stars - My reply to the below response - It is too late and your mistakes cannot be reversed. House sold so unless you go buy it back and sell it to me then nothing can be done. Simple mistakes like not calling somebody should not happen.NegativeProfessionalism

The staff were very efficient and communicative and shared our goal of selling our house as soon as possible at the desired price. As well as professional they were friendly and very personable which made the experience easier. Jenna and her team were always there when we had queries or needed advice. GoogleFirst class service. We are at the end of the process of buying a house and selling our own through RA Bennett. The whole process has been a breeze. Jenna in particular is really helpful and knowledgeable and has helped us understand some of the legal jargon when we haven't been able to speak with our own solicitor. The sales team are really driven and we felt very well looked after in what needed to be a quick sale of our house. Thank you to Jenna, Jordan, Natasha, Chloe and team!

Their representative turned up to value my property and didn’t appear to have any knowledge of the area and properties in it. She actually asked me what I thought my property was worth then proceeded to give me a very low valuation without even looking at the outside area.Very unprofessional in my opinion.

I’ve signed up for full letting management of my property, while working away, through Countrywide (actually Taylor’s in Gloucester, who come under Countrywide). Useless.They have to be prompted to do even the most basic things such as arranging for safety certificates, property checks etc.The full management service is supposed to come with a web portal for landlords. Never updated.Nobody answers the phone at the branch. Nobody replies to emails. When trying to contact the tenancy renewals team, the automated system sends you on a seemingly endless loop (“Press 1 for renewals” end up being passed straight back to menu options)Never update their internal system, so if you do get hold of someone they never know what’s happening. Paperwork has been lost. Instructions never followed.I have no idea what they do. Absolutely useless.

We've just taken our house off the market with them in Cheltenham, five viewings in a year all time wasters, trying to get hold of them is a nightmare, got passed to the Evesham Office during Covid 19 and had to do a viewing myself which turned out to be another waste of time, and I shouldn't have done any viewings according to the Guidelines. Don't bother using them

WORCESTER BRANCH: BREACH OF CONFIDENTIALITY. This lady goes by social media by Eve ***** works at the Worcester branch and has done this twice now. Uploading pictures of her desk onto social media exposing client TELEPHONE NUMBERS & ADDRESSES. Totally unprofessional and downright shocking. I have photographic proof if RA Bennett would like to discuss this further.
