GoogleI would highly recommend RA Bennet evesham. we’ve rented a property from them recently and the whole process was a breeze. Our agent was Isobel and she was so helpful throughout the whole process. This is our first rented property and we asked loads of questions and they always had an answer and made us feel very welcome and we were always kept in the loop. I would highly recommend them if you’re looking to rent or buy.

GoogleCurrently we are in middle of our house move. Zoe and her team have been excellent throughout. They have worked tirelessly, promoting our property. In addition juggling viewings to suit us and always being here to conduct them. Zoe has also been very helpful with "paperwork" and giving us regular updates on the sale. I would definitely recommend RA Bennett as an estate agent.

GoogleHave just come out the other-side of a gruelling 6 month conveyance period. Zoey was supportive during the process - doing what she could to chivvy the solicitors along. The actual sale of the property was a positive experience. The whole team, who were very friendly and polite, introduced a good quantity of prospective buyers and were proactive in gaining feedback from the viewings which they consistently passed on to me in a timely manner. Zoey was, happy to and, successful in negotiating with the developers of the onward purchase to ensure that the sale could proceed, for which I was very grateful. Overall my experience of using this firm has been good. They sold the house I asked them to sell. They were polite, professional and did the job they were paid to do.
Thank you for your brilliant 5* review and thank you for your kind words of your experience with Zoey and our Evesham branch. Best wishes, Lucy, Customer Relations.

Local and easily on hand for appointments and all necessary checks. Property advertised and rented out within a week. All paperwork done efficiently and tenants in with no problems. Information and updates either by phone, email or via the portal. Professional service from India and her team. Thank you.

TrustpilotThanks Nathaniel Allibone & team
As a landlord it is great to deal with Nathaniel and her team. They are efficient and ensure that tenant requests are promptly resolved. They are transparent in what work was done, how much it will cost and the impact of not doing the work. I can even be away and trust them to make the right decision on my behalf that is cost effective. Thank you so much Nathaniel Allibone and her team for doing a sterling work.

TrustpilotUnprofessional
[Bradley Stoke Branch] Unprofessional! Last minute change in move-in date and late contract drafting, both only 2 days before the agreed move-in date, even though referencing was cleared at least 3 weeks beforehand.

TrustpilotBooked to view a property in bradley…
Booked to view a property in bradley stoke by someone called Joe. He rang in the morning to confirm, we went for our viewing for no one to turn up for at least 10 - 15 minutes late, then he didn't have the keys and had no idea how to get in and said his phone doesn't work. He then walked off after cancelling our viewing, soon after another couple turned up to view the property and they were there to meet the same agent who they called to come straight back, he came back and give the same excuses to the next couple
