This Estate Agent does careful market appraisals but the offers rarely match the market value and communication is generally poor (mainly phone) and the complaints system non-existent. Probably the underlying cause is a conflict of interest between providing mortgages and serving the sellers' best interest.

GoogleListed a home with them and they achieved 0 viewing in 6 months, the price if the house was agreed with them. From the start it showed their lack of interest with no regular communications and the only advice was drop the price. Would have preferred a realistic price discussion at the start. Forget 0 viewing I'm not sure they even got an enquiry !

GoogleI have recently rented through RA Bennett at short notice due to a house purchase falling through. Lotti has been very helpful and completed all the paperwork in a timely fashion. She likes to match tenants and landlords so everyone is satisfied. I would certainly recommend them and use them again.
