GoogleR A Bennett in Leamington Spa helped us to rent a house without much hassle. All team members are very professional and helped for the quick progress. The letting cooridnator Lily was working closely with us and ensured everything goes fine. I would highly recommend them for their professionalism and their knowledge.

TrustpilotLet's put it down to it being a bad day........
Called today and spoke to Emma regarding the property we bought through them last year.......lots and lots of issues (new build). I felt the phone call was going well, I asked my partner for his mobile number to pass to Emma but she told me she 'didn't like my tone' (tones a funny thing, unless you know someone well you cannot asses if a tone is off or normal for that person,I do know unless someone is being rude, its extremely unprofessional to comment on it ) I said 'fine, I'm coming to the office now, see you in a minute', Emma then called the police. So unfortunately my experience with this company is you can't talk over the phone and you can't see them in person and they also sell poorly built homes. I've asked for the recordings of our phone calls too. I don't recommend this company at all for various reasons.........although we have now had a good giggle at Emma's expense! Sorry Emma 😂😂

GoogleAfter a particularly stressful life event, Freya was the first person I dealt with during my search for my first rental property. She was so warm and welcoming during the viewing and was incredibly knowledgeable. She has been fantastic throughout the entire process. I wanted to leave a separate review for Megan but I’m clearly not technologically gifted enough for that. After the viewing and completing the paperwork is when I was introduced to Megan. I interacted with her mostly throughout the latter stages of the application, it got immensely stressful at times but her responses were quick and reassuring. She kept on top of us to make sure nothing was missed and that I could get into the house when originally planned. It took some time but we got there and I’m so happy in my first home. Thank you so much to Freya and Megan for making a nervous time so much easier.

GoogleI have recently let my property in Stratford-Upon-Avon with R A Bennett and partners. I contacted them when I was buying the property with the view to letting. From the outset I found Megan Freya and the team extremely helpful friendly and efficient. They explained to me the process and terms of business accommodating personal requirements which was great. Once I met them at the property I knew they were the people I wanted to manage it as I do not live locally and needed a full management package. They let the property within 2 weeks and now my new tenant has successfully moved in. I have no hesitation in recommending the team and let me m forward to continuing the relationship.

GoogleGreat service. A little rushed as the other buyers dropped out. But great service all the same, first purchase of mine so it was all new and Pav was an excellent guide. Followed by a welcome box with samples when I went to pick up the keys and a warm greeting
