GoogleEmma and Lauren were excellent throughout the selling of our house. Selling a family home is rarely simple and we had a few complications, but Emma and Lauren were there to advise and assist us at every stage of the journey. Whenever the process began to stall, we benefitted from Emma’s experience at stepping in quickly to keep everything on track.

GoogleFrom the outset, Emma and the team at R A Bennett’s were professional, efficient and friendly. In particular, they were great at keeping in touch and nothing was too much trouble. They were highly recommended to me by a friend and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them myself. At no point did I feel that I was ‘in it on my own’ as the team were always available to offer reassurance and advice. They made my house sale a stress free process!

GoogleGreat and helpful staff, they move quickly, swift onboarding process, especially as someone who was looking to move into Leamington quite late. Very professional staff. Definitely check their properties on offer if looking to move into Leamington Spa. Thank you to everyone involved!

The entire team showcased dedication and professionalism, but I must single out Penny for her outstanding assistance. She was always on hand to answer my questions and kept me well-informed every step of the way. It's clear that this branch values client communication and satisfaction. TrustpilotI would not recommend these people to…
I would not recommend these people to sell your home. The manager Neal signs you up then leaves you to young inexperienced sales people that probably would be better placed selling shoes.

GoogleWriting a 5 star review for a company who I didn't end up even renting with should hopefully indicate how I felt the service was?! I dealt with Lottie and cannot recommend her enough, friendly, extremely helpful and really took on board exactly what I was looking for. The rental market is crazy at the moment but she gave weekly check in calls to see how my search was going and to give me the heads up on properties that may be available soon too. As it was, I managed to secure a property with another agent (right time, right place kind of luck) but would not hesitate to call R A Bennett in future. Fantastic customer service.

GoogleAmazing service from Gemma, Rachel & the rest of the team at R A Bennett 👏🏼 We’d received all sign-up links within 24 hours of enquiring, house was on the market within 48 hours and we sold 3 business days later for full asking price! Can’t thank the team enough for all their support and would definitely recommend them to anyone currently looking to buy, sell or rent.

GoogleMy partner and I couldn’t have asked for better during the sale of our house, and purchase of our new house. Hannah provided a great valuation and listing, and Pauline’s negotiation skills for our sale were superb. Last but not least, Rachel’s support during the sales/purchase progression period was faultless. Rachel truly went above and beyond, and for that reason I wanted to write a review that this team deserves. My partner and I will always be grateful for the support received.

GoogleWe had an excellent experience with letting our first Warwick property with R A Bennett , Leamington office , Penny was always on hand for any queries , which she dealt with promptly, as well as giving us advice and recommendations . Penny was clear about all of the terms and conditions from the outset, plus met our expectations regarding potential tenants. When the viewings were being done Lauren and Penny covered both, arrived on time and the property was let after one group viewing. We could not be more pleased with their efforts. Highly recommend.
