GoogleThe team have been fantastic from start to finish in selling my property. After using a competitor last summer and having a negative experience which led to the sale falling through, I was quite nervous putting it back up for sale. From Luke coming to value it, to Pav doing the viewings and keeping me updated, to Ian completing the sale every single one has been brilliant. The fee is slightly higher than some others, however it was worth every penny and they managed to sell it for asking price despite the market coming down. I would 100% use them again and would recommend anyone else to too. Thank you to the whole team!

GoogleRA Bennet have managed my rental properties in Worcester since 1997, yes, that’s 26 years! The service over that time has been exemplary with zero void periods and completely without unwelcome issues that sometimes come with being a landlord. I have no hesitation in recommending RA Bennet.

GoogleCharlotte Milner of R A Bennetts is an outstanding letting Agent. I recently found myself quite unexpectedly in need of a new home to rent and as a retiree who has managed my finances to be the most tax efficient my situation is complex. Where many people would have simply said it was to difficult she understood the difficulty and with knowledge, skill, patience and professionalism negotiated with the Landlord and the credit agency to make a deal enabling me to secure a new home. Through a long working life I can honestly say she stand head and shoulders above almost everyone I have worked with or employed, she has been calm and confident and kept me fully in informed all the way and with great skill produced the perfect outcome. She is a absolute credit to the branch at Worcester. Thank you Lotti Peter Spice

GoogleI have used R A Bennetts both in selling and buying properties over the years. I have recently sold a property with both Emma and Lauren leading in ensuring the sale progressed without issue. Their professionalism and dedication, to my sale, was second to none and I would not hesitate in using them again. Going forward I am also confident that they are and will keep actively sourcing suitable properties, for my consideration, in order to continue our working partnership. Keep adapting, but don't change, the core principles and ethics of the service you are providing because its currently tailored to succeed in a competitive market

TrustpilotThe worst letting agents about
Avoid this company at all costs. Amey Taylor- Radmore is supposedly their lettings manager. She is a liar, a bully and I wouldn't trust her to help someone cross the road. They have stolen my personal belongings and will not allow me access to get to them. they stole and destroyed a legal document of mine. Amey has continually lied and is clearly teaching the other members of her staff to do the same.IF YOU WANT TO RENT OR HAVE A PROPERTY TO LET OUT DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY AT ALL.

GoogleVery happy with how fast R A Bennett have been with finding a property to rent in Leamington Spa. Lily has been amazing as myself and my partner live 1 hour each side of leamington and would have found it very difficult to view properties together with work. She has been so helpful sending over videos and photos of the property for us to view and answering any questions we have and very fast with replies! Thank you!
