GoogleGreat customer service. I had an issue with a payment and Lydia Clarke was very helpful and quick to respond. She was polite and explained everything that was happening to get things sorted. I very rarely give out 5 stars for customer service, but this one is well deserved. Please keep up the good work!

Nothing was ever too much trouble, and his communication was excellent. We felt fully supported throughout the sale. GoogleQube manage our two apartments in Liverpool. As the owners, living far away in South Africa means we are unable to do this ourselves. Qube have proved invaluable taking care of our properties for us. I highly recommended them both , Good at explaining and showing tenants where things are like the bin rooms , stop taps for the water so tenants know what to do. Really helpful and knowledgeable & friendly , good communication with myself and the tenant's.

Highly recommend Qube to potential buyers and sellers. I went to view a house and Gary who saw us round the property was knowledgeable. On the back of meeting Gary we decided to call him and ask him to value and put our property on the market as we really liked his relaxed and friendly approach. We really liked the company that Qube use as a 3rd party to chase up solicitors and ensure the sale goes smoothly as it took the stress out of buying and selling.
