GoogleSays it all when the company spend more time on here writing fake positive reviews, than they do actually managing their properties or responding to and fixing issues. Just look at the format, how they always happen to mention employees by name and what a wonderful job they've supposedly done. Frankly embarrassing conduct for a "professional" company. Always quick to pass the buck, to blame the building management (even though they're all connected under Fortis Group) or say that a contractor is on their way to fix issues (even though follow up calls prove they haven't even contacted them).

GoogleQube have managed 3 of my apartments for over 3 years now, and I'm very happy with the service. They consistently find new tenants promptly when required, and deal with any maintenance issues in a very timely and efficient manner. Shannon has been an absolute star, thank you.

GoogleQUBE found a greater apartment for me and my wife literally in the city center just in a few days. :) Diane was patient with all of my questions and friendly as well. A process of reference check and etc was smooth and quick. It took only a few weeks before we moved-in. Definitely recommend the agency for a newcomers!
