1 star is very generous. CARPET BEETLES, MOTHS AND DIRT. This is the state of an apartment provided by Qube Residential on MOVE IN DAY after a team of cleaners allegedly entered the apartment and inventory was deemed good condition. Special shout out to Sean Walsh, Director of property management who let us know cleanliness is subject to opinion and the apartment is liveable. No apology, No honesty even when provided evidence that cleaning and painting was not completed as confirmed by multiple team members. We moved forward with the apartment at the letting stage on the basis of being advised the property would be cleaned and pests removed, this was not delivered and is a violation of your obligations under the Homes (Fitness for Human Habitation) Act 2018. Unliveable.

I've been a tenant with Qube for over two years now and I've not had any issues. Maintenance call outs are dealt with in a timely manner and Kane, the property manager, has helped facilitate the communication with my landlord to arrange bigger changes to the apartment

Qube Residential have let and managed our property in Silkhouse court for many years. They have always acted in a professional way in every aspect. Never rent with them. Central building in Liverpool is massive joke. Property management company is almost non existing on going issues with main door not fixed, lifts are not working for months, pipes burst and major leak occurred and no one is to ensure fix. Avoid avoid avoid their properties
