GoogleThe best agency in the area. I cannot give any fault to Lucy Lord and Vanessa Collins, they are absolutely brilliant. We bought our 1st property in north London a few years ago and we had very bad experience with neighbours which got sorted after a long wait but due to personal circumstances we still decided to sell it. And we found Putterills to be absolutely exceptional, reliable and honest with an offer which got accepted. Unfortunately again due to personal circumstances, we are going to relocate abroad to our home country and not sure if we return to the UK in the future but did not want to leave without thanking and mentioning how good this agency is, although we had to withdraw our offer. I visited houses previously in the area with Alexander Bond Knebworth, Wellington Evans and what a difference is with Putterills. Alexander Bond and Wellington Evans are using scam sales tactics, arrogant and rude attitudes whilst Putterills is straight forward. I personally think is extremely rare to find good and honest dentists and estate agents but they are definitely a rare gem and the reviews they receive are very accurate. GooglePutterills handled the sale of our house and were superb throughout. The house was under offer very quickly and they were very supportive throughout the legal processes; very calm, experienced, and professional. They also had a good working relationship with our solicitor. Recommended!

GoogleAfter using Putterills a few years ago for our purchase, we knew that we wanted to use them again for our sale, and we are so pleased that we did. They have been amazing, so personal and responsive, and they have been all round an absolute pleasure to work with. We have been particularly impressed with their professionalism but also their customer service which has been exceptional. GoogleWe couldn't fault Putterills and their team. We were kept up to date weekly by Nigel on the where we were at with the sale of our property and even after it fell through late in the process, they were quick to put our house back on the market and start booking in viewings.

Every member of the team we worked with was great, but special mention to Nigel with his proactive approach providing updates on the chain. GoogleDuring a difficult emotional period after my father’s passing the team at Puttrils were always there supporting our journey. Kind, thoughtful, and committed we were in good hands. Once we had a buyer it dragged on and on but Vanessa was constantly ensuring we knew why and what was next and was as delighted as we were when it all completed!
