GoogleI completed purchase of my new home in December 2023. The new home was through Putterils. Viewing and subsequent queries were dealt with promptly and respectfully by the team. Throughout the purchase I very much appreciated the contact and communication from Nigel, giving me updates on progress, what was outstanding and what I needed to do. Nigel kept updated from all parties including my sellers, my buyers and all sets of solicitors. Very much appreciated and I am 100% sure this is why I am able to start 2024 in my new home.
Dear Liz We were delighted that helped you into your new home before Christmas! Nigel is a trooper and so its really appreciated by all of us when his efforts are recognised. We sincerely hope you will be very happy in your lovely new home. All the best-PUTTERILLS

GoogleI can't thank enough the team at Putterills, Knebworth for assisting my elderly dad thru his move and going that extra mile in what has been an anxious time for him. Keeping me updated every step of the way throughout this process has been invaluable especially as I live nearly 200 miles away so have not always been there to support him when things have been a little difficult. Thankyou to Vanessa who has been amazing 🥰

GoogleAfter being disappointed with another agent, we swapped to Putterills in Knebworth in the hope of securing a quick sale. Despite the challenging market, the Putterills team found a buyer and helped us secure a fair price almost immediately. The team were excellent at keeping us informed throughout and were very understanding of our particular situation. Would highly recommend to anyone selling in the local areas.
Thank you Stephen for your fantastic review, it is very much appreciated, best wishes from all of the team.

GooglePutterills at Knebworth exceeded all expectations. They have been absolutely fantastic in terms of selling our house. We went to market in May 2023 and exchanged contracts in October the same year. The marketing was really good and the photographer they use (Orange Tree Photography Ltd.) really presented our house beautifully. I was kept up to date at all times in terms of viewings and then in terms of the sale and chain once we had accepted an offer. I think I’ve spoken to every member of the team at the Knebworth office. They are a lovely group of people and their system is such that they were all able to be fully up to date with our sale. They are honest, non pushy and are reliable. They are a really professional, personable team and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them. We’re extremely grateful, thank you.
Thank you Andy for your wonderful review - we are so happy for you, thank you for entrusting us to market your beautiful home. We wish you both all the very best for the future, from all the team at Putterills Knebworth

GoogleExcellent service from Putterills who acted as the agent for the property I bought. Cannot speak too highly of both Natalija and Nigel who were prompt in replying and kept me fully informed. The former with the actual sales negotiations and the latter with the following administration and keeping on top of the chain. Very professional company. Simon
Dear Simon thank you so much for taking the time to write a review . It really does mean the world to us. Kind Regards-PUTTERILLS

GoogleAmazing, thorough, classy and very diligent Estate Agency in Stevenage that I would highly recommend. Nigel especially delivered great service and his approach has proven to be best in class while dealing with chain/buyer/solicitor every step of the way during our buyer delays with solicitor which made a process a tad less painful. I would use this agency in the future and would recommend to anyone. They even gave us a gift bag with hamper, and presents. So kind. Thank you Putterills!
Dear Viktorija thank you SO much for such a glowing review. Its hugely appreciated by everyone here. All the best to you _PUTTERILLS
