GoogleWe viewed a property a few months back - From the moment we viewed it and put the offer in Putterrills were so helpful. Once our offer was accepted we were still able to take our parents to go view the property on different occasions. When it came to the solicitors and not understanding their jargon, Vanessa from Putterills was always happy to explain it to us. Vanessa kept on touch with us throughout the process, keeping us updated on seller and solicitors etc. We get to collect our keys today and are so excited and so grateful for everything they have done.

GoogleThe Knebworth team have been nothing but brilliant at each step of our moving journey. From the first valuation tour to all the viewings, to the final days of the sale going through we have been so impressed. Everyone we have interacted with in the office has been so friendly, no question is too small, and just really made the process so much less stressful then I imagine it could be. They were fab at communication and worked really hard to secure lots of viewings for our property. Such a great team - thankyou all!

GoogleThe experience with Putterils on the purchase of our house has been absolutely Stellar! Very friendly and helpful staff, no pushy hard selling. Even when it seemed at one point that our solicitors may have dropped the ball a little, Nigel was absolutely proactive in not only chasing but also providing vital information and keeping everyone in the loop. Upon a final viewing, we met Oliver in person who was as happy as he was friendly. Thanks to all at Putterils who helped get this over the line.

We did multiple viewings of the house we're buying, and everytime afterward they followed-up with us. They kept us updated and maintain communication with the Seller's side. They were very welcoming and kind when we went to collect the keys. We even got a goodie bag! Thank you to the team at Putterills Stevenage!

GoogleAbigail was amazing!! The first 90% of our purchase went very smoothly and Abigail kept us informed at all times. The last 10% was chaos due to our unreasonable vendor but Abigail went above and beyond to do her best to smooth things over and keep things progressing. I know this involved very many emails and phone calls and some late evenings. Thank you so much Abigail for getting us over the line! GoogleWe spoke to a lot of estate agents in Hitchin regarding our house sale before ultimately deciding on David and his team. We are extremely happy with our decision. Putterill's did a great job of marketing our house, keeping us informed and getting us the right buyer. We had originally planned on selling our house to purchase a new build in Hitchin. We subsequently changed our mind and went with a different house. This dragged out the process (our doing) but the team were very understanding and patient. Shirley in the office was a delight and Abigail in the sales progression team did a great job in finally getting us across the line (despite lots of hurdles thrown our way at the end). We will for sure be recommending Putterill's and wish everyone there all the best.
Thanks Patrice, as I will always advise people good communication is essential, especially when goal posts move or bumps in the road appear.
