GoogleJust had an amazing house viewing with Gift, the way she was showing the house was incredibly helpful, patient, and kind. She really took the time to make sure I had all the information I needed. Her attention to detail was impressive too.

GoogleExcellent student accommodation, with an excellent location, with it being about a minutes walk from five ways train station. The representative of the property who hosted the tours ( for me this was Henry) was very kind and helpful throughout the process and had an answer to every question I had. The process was very fast, easy and smooth, which are all qualities that I very much appreciated.

GoogleThe service provided was generally good and helpful, more notice as to the confirmation of viewing details would be appreciated, but aside from that the process was good. Joe W was particularly patient and helpful with me and my house mates, answering all questions and remembering details over several days and weeks which made the process smoother and easier. Joe was kind and informative, sorting problems and helping us make informed and considered decisions, overall making our experience much better then it would have been otherwise.

GoogleGift was really helpful and waited for us for about 30 minutes even though we were late to our viewing. She mentioned she’s on her placement year but honestly she should be bored as soon as possible because she’s got it all. She guided us through a smooth viewing and gave us all the information we needed and went over and beyond for us when trying to meet our needs even with her kindness alone. She’s amazing, great confidence & wish her the best in her career. Thank you Gift, you’re truly great!!!

GoogleAgreed a viewing of a property with the company. Arrived 20 minutes early, no agent arrived for the next 25 minutes. We called the company, they said they had made a mistake, and were very rude on the phone. No apology or anything.
