Their fee structure is extremely competitive and in view experience has always represented good value for money. Helen Walden has usually been my senior point of contact and the service that she provides is most impressive. She fully understands current legislation and provides clear and accurate advice when needed. GoogleI had a pleasant stay at one of the flats in Fitzleet House. I lived in a one bedroom flat for four years with my husband. The flat was newly renovated when I moved in, very spacious and great value for money with nice views of the seaside and the park. Any issues I had with the flat were addressed in a timely matter, I felt safe and secure as all the fire regulations were taken very seriously. I dealt with Nichola and Helen, they were very pleasant and friendly. I would recommend PS and B for renting or buying properties.
